Had an OK experience. Food was a bit greasy and the service was slow, but overall I was happy. For an airport restaurant I was satisfied with everything overall.
Very slow and terrible service. They took way more than the promised time. Food was unhygienic, cold and had to throw away most of it. Needs to be shut down.
Nobody there to take order, person in back talking on phone wouldn't acknowledge that I was there, why???
In Baltimore for a convention and recall Phillips from years gone by as a top quality seafood place. I was so saddened to see how they have declined. It was an unbusy Wednesday evening. No draft beers were available. The food was mediocre. Lobster tail was dried out as if it had been sitting out a while. Calamari was overcooked. The waitress completely botched our checks as if she had dropped the cards. We all got the wrong check matched with the wrong card. It just was not a quality dining experience.
Our waiter suggested the crab dip, and it did not disappoint! Great staff, very attentive, and the recommendations were awesome! Would definitely recommend
Very good food. Service was a disappointment. We never got the appetizer we ordered, also never received refills even though we asked for them and were told they would be right out. Sweet waitress but she had an off day. Would definitely return if in Baltimore again.
It's a seafood restaurant at an airport. There is only so much you can do so close to the terminal. Layout is not super helpful for service but when it's not busy it won't be too bad. Standard overpriced food that is not terrible.
We had so much fun coming back through Phillips while we were in town. Our server Onye took excellent care of us and kept us laughing and well-fed. The seafood is really good but honestly I keep coming back for the staff. This place hires lovely people, and we always feel so welcome. I'm sure we'll be back next time we're up for a show. Oh and Onye, if you see this, Wu-Tang was incredible. Thanks for starting our night off so perfectly!
I missed my flight waiting for food out of here yesterday. Today I went back because my wife had a taste for a crabcake. They will quote you one time and take way over the amount of time they quoted you. The guy that took my order literally told me that if I would’ve tipped him the food would’ve been out on time. Mind you it was a $100 Togo order with no service. And to top that off he acted like he didn’t want to take my order to begin with. I would recommend visiting the location in Baltimore but not at all the airport location. The people are exceptionally rude and the food just isn’t all that good.
You're in Baltimore, they got crab

Great food, Great service our servers were Katie and Sarah, they were very nice and friendly a great experience
This is exclusively a coffee review. I chose to try this place as the Dunkin Donuts next door had a two dozen people long line. The coffee was weak and watery. It did not taste like coffee at all. There's no fresh milk option. All and all, I would recommend finding another spot to satiate your coffee needs.
The food was excellent and favorable and the guest service was excellent, Thanks to Amit P. We greatly appreciate your guest service!
Outstanding service. Great menu selection. Reasonable price and generous portions compared to couple other places we tried in the area.
Service was incredible. A little hiccup on a busy Friday night with seating but really wasn't bad and manager stepped right in and helped the front desk with a smile and great staff respect. I love seeing that. Everyone there has a smile and polite. It is busy so you can't expect everything immediately. Highly recommend
