Maura was our server and she more than made sure we were good! She was patient and delivered the BEST customer service! She told us about the menu and the drinks. She made sure my kids were good. Make sure to ask for Maura.
Great food. Alexis was the best server ever!!!
Great atmosphere, yummy food and Ayana was excellent! Super friendly and good service!
Great food, well prepared. The fish in the fried seafood trio was a bit dry but still flavorful. Great service with a smile. Dale was there when we needed him and picked up on conversational clues to bring us the dessert tray before we requested it. Good value for what we ate, Prices are what you would expect in a tourist destination, but splitting the large platter meant we could still have the Smith Island cake for dessert. The dining room we were in had high ceilings and glass separators which kept the noise down but kept our dinner from being an intimate experience.
Great place for seafood. I loved my soft shell crab sandwich and my husband loved his fish & chips. Large portions, very tasty, friendly service, and excellent value. It's a family restaurant, not fancy if you're looking for romantic date night, but the food makes up for the lack of ambience.
Great server, food was delicious. The view beautiful. Great for people watching. Would recommend to everyone
We order appetizers and didn't get them until after we finished our meals. Very overpriced and mediocre food.
Today I flight from Orlando to baltimore. It is 7 40 pm sep 15th 2025.. The lady at the store was not ableto provided a basic customer service. I was going to buy a bottle of juice and it seemed the very fact of me saying hello and waving at her as she was not ack my presence, eventhough I was almost in front of her made her very, make her upset.

The worst place on earth to eat. Big lady who served me didn’t serve a gd thing. Rude and not even in a fun way. O was two feet from her and couldn’t get her attention. She ignored me when all I wanted to do was ask her a question about the beer on tap. I repeated, “hello, hello, hello hello”. When she did decide to respond she yelled at me. The place was dirty, out of everything, and just all around rude. Avoid this place if at the airport!

I got a seat at the bar so service was good. Table service wasn’t great from what I heard but it was busy. Food was what you’d expect at the airport…good but not fantastic. I played it safe and had the grilled chicken sandwich.

Delicious crab cakes. Oysters on 1/2 shell were great. Wonderful service. Looks a little rundown and in need of a facelift.
The food was great and our server, Jasmine, was amazing! Jasmine was very warm, friendly, and attentive. Her food recommendations were on point. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience.
Clam chowder was excellent. Fried fish was good. Big enough to split

It was a disappointing experience. Our server was very nice and that's the only good thing I have to say about this restaurant. The fish and chips and the crab cake sandwich were tasteless. The fish was awful. A word of advice to the front of the house/the host try being a little more interested in welcoming guests and promoting your restaurant. Go to the Rusty Scupper if you want a great dining experience in Baltimore's Inner Harbor.
The dozen blue crabs were $90, I do not mind paying if they were not that salty. The Lobster rolls were very good.
