Crab cakes were delicious and our server Ruslan gave good menu recommendations and was very friendly!

Cari, our bartender was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, makes fantastic drinks. The Phillips bloody Mary was killer, Titos and lemonade rocked and the food...OMG! The loaded crab fries and tuna poke nachos were beyond delicious. Key lime tart and strawberry shortcake were heavenly. well worth every penny. Cari was the best bartender ever!

Went for a Valentines day adventure. Went to the Aquarium and then over to Phillips. Waited an hour for a table. We got seated and our order was taken. We got the appetizer. Then we watched 5 table get seated, fed and left and we never saw any food. We waited an hour. Waitress kept saying it would be soon. We never saw any food. We got up and left. Spoke to the lady manager who said she was sorry and that we wouldn't be charged? Charged for what? The food you didn't serve us. Never made the attempt to make up for it. What was supposed to be a nice trip was except for Phillips Seafood in Baltimore. bad service and bad business.

Food and service were perfect. We have been here several times over the past 8 years. Each time the food is cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend to anyone in the Baltimore area.

Completely 100% trash. The portion sizes are for a toddler. We order crab sandwich a crab bites. Today is January 10 at 2:15 PM, and the young lady a the counter has the spirit of a soon to be retired DMV worker. . I am discussed,.

Phillips is always a classic with simple yet tasty food options. Overall great experience. Gathered for NYE lunch with friends. Service was quick and efficient. I frequent here when I want good food, short wait, and views of the harbor during the summer.

Couldn’t tell how the food taste. The bar tender was rude telling his boring stories about how people don’t tip. I wouldn’t either if the server never looked up and said hello.. Great brand but terrible franchise.

I was on 95 on way home, stop at Maryland house. Got a clam chowder. Being from New England I know clam chowder. Let me tell you, you all nailed it that clam chowder was amazing. Prices are a little high,but understand location. Next time I get a chance I will stop at one of the restaurants.

Phillips is a favorite of my cousin. It was his birthday, and the manager accommodated his special request to modify a menu item (as they graciously did last year for him as well for a small upcharge), and my cousin received a beautifully decorated complimentary birthday cheesecake. Our server had a fantastic personality and attention to detail, but she had too many tables to cover, so the service was slow. Not her fault. I always get the broiled seafood trio. I found the crab cake to be rather bland and of course I wish it had less fillers, but with the scarcity of crab these days, it was certainly adequate. The fish was so-so --- really bland. The shrimp was cooked perfectly, and the steamed shrimp appetizer was as well. My cousin was pleased, which was the most important thing!

Ruslan service was outstanding! We explained to him we were attending a show immediately following dinner and he made sure our food came out quickly, correct, and tasted amazing! Hats off to the chefs as well. The ambiance was nice we have visited here before and always a great place to eat.

The food was delicious. The waiter was attentive and friendly.Food reasonably priced. The drinks were delicious as well.
