Philly's Best & Grill of Hampden

I ordered a medium pizza and he said 20 min. I come back 20 min later and he told me he said 30 min.So I waited a bit more, saw that he just started making it.It didn’t seem busy, idk why my food just took a while.The pizza was alright.

Ordered Fettuccini with chicken and got a bowl full of sauce and chicken - no pasta. Called and the guy said something to the effect of “new menu”. Also, my Gyro came as a wrap.

First and last time here…. No meat & cheese not melted

Lesson learned: check your order before your leave this place. Ordered a chicken steak sub and well-done fries around 5:40PM today. Planned to eat the fries on the way home, and the sub later for dinner. Picked up my order and clearly asked, "the fires are well done, correct?" Cashier confirmed and away I went. Well, the fries were barely passable as cooked. To make matters worse, I unwrapped my sub (9PM) to find out it is a beef steak sub. I DO NOT eat red meat... Complete disappointment. I'd bring it back if I weren't 30 minutes away around the other side of the harbor.

Great pizza that I got in a mystery box through the app Too Good to Go. The staff initially did not know that they were selling anything through that app and were closed at the time I was supposed to pickup, but another employee let me in and gave me the food. Glad I was able to get it in the end and will be back!

Purchased a chicken cheese steak and philly cheese steak. Both were great! Will be going back soon.

After 60 minutes of ordering my food from grubhub I called the restaurant 3 times to find out the status of my order. No response. The quality of this restaurant has dropped tremendously and it is very upsetting.

This is my first time coming here stop by on my lunch break food was delicious seriously good ? omg

I simply love their food. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is always clean and the staff members are always welcoming. Would recommend to others.

Cheese steak was really good and seasoned very well and great service

The Philly cheese steak had more lettuce than meat. Who puts lettuce and tomato on a cheese steak? The reuben had no sauerkraut and instead had...lettuce. A reuben is a sandwich with a known ingredient list. It's pretty crappy to just substitute ingredients but still call sandwiches by a known name. Additionally, the food was expensive. If you want food quality less than Subway, a most likely botched order, and want to pay more, Philly's Best is the place for you. Posting pictures of my crap sandwiches as well.

Under new ownership, give them a shot. Great subs and everything!
