I order a large deluxe pizza last night through the slice app. I received a cheese and onion pizza. I tried to call and have the order corrected but no one answered the phone. I tried to have it corrected through the slice app. They also got no response from the restaurant. There is a considerable price difference between a cheese pizza and a deluxe pizza. The pizza was cold and like card board sprinkled with cheese. I live in the neighborhood, but I will never order from this place again.

Ordered chicken wings, and was served wings that were not cooked fully. Staff tried to tell us that they were fully cooked, but it was clear as day that the wings were not cooked properly!

It’s not easy to find a good pizzeria in Mount Vernon area and Piazza27 is a great chioce. They are open late hours and have one of the best fresh pizza and pasta in the area. I have tried their meat lover, chicken bacon ranch, pesto chicken and shrimp Alfredo and each item got 10/10 on the mark. Keep up the good job guys you are doing great in this area!

One of the best NY style pizza and yes their pizza cheese is very flavorful. Wings are one of the best in town. Tenders are good too and I like that they have crinkle fries. Their pizza is best if you have it fresh and hot in dine in area. Love this place and very generous staff they always give respect to their customers.

Some of the worst pizza and wings I’ve had especially for the price. I moved in to a spot not even 1000 feet away and still go elsewhere where if I want pizza. I only went in to pick up but it certainly wasn’t that clean either. Also they somehow got my email and added me on their list and no matter how much I try to unsubscribe they still spam me. Avoid this place

Yeah, not gonna lie. This place sucks. First, the food is so overpriced. Like how are not gonna put on your menu that it's extra to add tenders. 2nd, the dude at the desk tried to scam me. Trynna add a charge on fries when the dang thing comes with fries. Third. It takes so long for pre-made tenders to be cooked! There's literally nobody in the restaurant. It shouldn't take an hr. And lastly, maybe you'll have some customers if you guys have a heater in here. Trynna give us frost bite or something??

They used to have some of the best pizza I've ever had, but over the past year it feels like the quality has gone downhill. They only ever have cheese and pepperoni single slice options (they used to have lots of fun topping options depending on the day, including meat lovers and veggie), and it's always burnt on the bottom. I don't know if management has changed or what, but it's sad to see since it used to be one of my favorite spots

They closed the door on me because they didn't have the staff? I was only supporting this businesses because it was local. They will give old food and gent your order wrong so they do less work. Easy pass.
This restaurant was once thriving, but the new owners seem to not understand basic customer service. They staff do not answer the phone until after 6. The employee told me he doesn’t take calls only works on the register. They claimed there were no specials, even though there clearly are. I feel for the young men working there, as they seem to have just limited English skills and its not there fault. The owner appears to prioritize cheap labor over providing even basic customer service. I genuinely wanted them to succeed, but it seems the owner doesn’t care.

I recently tried a Beef pepperoni Pizza and a unique n premium slice from Piazza 27 and it was fantastic! The crust was perfectly crispy yet chewy, providing a great base for the generous toppings. The sauce was rich and flavorful, complementing the gooey cheese beautifully. I appreciated the variety of options available, making it hard to choose just one. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a delicious slice that left me craving more. Highly recommend for pizza lovers!
