Lovely fresh food. Crab cakes were very fresh with a nice sear on both sides. The smoked crab cake was my favorite. I was able to chat with the owner for a long time and enjoyed the conversation. They have a Chinese / Lunar New Year special menu too!

Do not miss out on this Baltimore Gem! We have been passing by Pierpoint for (I'm sorry to say) years on our walks. We first noticed it around Covid and thought it was closed. It's not! The place is quirky and fun with a bar at the front and dining room in the back. The owner Nancy was great! She is a culinary expert and just overall fun story teller. Now the food! My goodness the poutine was delicious. Seasoned perfectly and with the best combo of crab, sauce, and crispy beach style fries! Yum! We got the vegetarian Pho to even out the meal with Nancy's recommendation. She was not wrong. The Pho was one of the best I've ever had! The drink that Nancy made with watermelon and tequila was perfection at the end of the meal. I will come back for the events she offers, the fun, fantastic food, and wonderful conversations! Top notch place and we feel sad we just made our way here. But now we know we will be back many many many times.

My wife and I moved to the area a little over a week ago, and have already eaten at this restaurant twice. We will definitely be going back again soon. We've tried the crab cakes - both smoked and traditional - and thought they were excellent, and a great value for the price. The real surprise was the fried chicken breast dinner, which comes with some amazing grits, and a gumbo sauce that really brought it to another level. The owner was very friendly, gave us a lot of information on the area, and really made us feel welcome.I've not really seen it advertised outside of the restaurant, but they also offer a bar menu during the week that looked like an amazing dinner deal. On top of that, they have a variety of cooking classes, and dinner boxes.Vegetarian options: A few different options, but didn't pay close attention.Wheelchair accessibility: Ground level, no stairs, but there are 2 doors getting in.

We found this place a few years ago. It has never let us down. This is the spot for engagements, babymoons, whatever is special to you. We send everyone here. The food is amazing. The owner has so many awesome stories. For us it is a 45 minute+ drive. But we make it as often as possible. One of our favs for sure.

In fairness, I've never eaten at Pierpoint as just the restaurant, but I've gotten the boxes, and done a few of the cooking classes/dinners and always had a positive experience. I learn a lot, eat well, and there's always interesting company. Definitely give them a try!

Such a great find in Baltimore! Friendly staff and very hospitable. The food was delicious! The owner filled us in on some local history and was nice enough to make me some hot tea to go. Great place! Highly recommend!

Visited Baltimore after a 28 year hiatus from living here (Fells Point and Butcher's Hill). When Pier Point showed up as a Yelp restaurant option I stopped looking. It was hot back then, and it is hot now. A wonderful meal. Pier Point is a gem. My comment for the restaurant - weed out the cheesy flatware.

I took a cooking class here and it was the most fun I’ve ever had! The owner is friendly and personable, the instructions were clear and printed for us to take home! There was tons of food left for us to take home afterwards and the class was about 4 1/2 hours long. Totally worth it!!
