We’ve been ordering here for the last couple of years and we would always get ourfrench fries first. Today I have ordered two western fries, and margarita Pizza, which I’ve always ordered and loved it. There were A couple couples who order behind me got their food first and I asked the cashier where is my fries and she gave me an attitude and said “do you want it or not!” Wow, speaking of a courtesy customer service, This girl was horrible if she’s so unhappy with her job, then she need to quit

Customer services part of your job and when people are spending their money, you shouldn’t have to deal with a bunch of attitude the woman with the glasses and the gray wig it’s really a mean and nasty person. I didn’t even want the pizza after all that.

Don't. This is my first time at the Horseshoe Casino downtown. It's horrible considering I li e a mile away, but hey.
Back to this place. Just don't. We had to shout our order across the room. This would ha e been fine but the casino is virtually empty and there is only one other person in the line besides us. Mine was more bread than meatball than bread and forgot 1/3 of the order, that was shouted across the room.

This is not just your ordinary every day pizza , the taste will explode in your mouth , the perfect tomato sauce , fresh peperoni , bacon bits and a little sprinkle of beef , the taste is none I ever had ! Not making this up , go see for yourself and tell me about it.

The restaurant condiment area was in shambles, napkins all over the floor. A cashier and assistants that had no clue who ordered what. No sense of urgency and the pizza toppings had been sitting out for quite a long time. Served meatballs with unmelted cheese! Customer Service at its finest! My wife and I were pretty much forced to eat here because it was the only place open in horseshoe casino.. I ordered six wings they charged me for 12 and when I said something about it they had an attitude.. then when I asked for extra blue cheese they charged me 53 cents extra for each cup.. and then when I asked for a bag so I can take my leftover food with me are you charged five cents per bag.. the chicken alfredo was very good.. the wings are very tough and very skimpy and definitely not worth it... the customer service is horrible
I've been inside and ordered through doordash. I love the casino and the atmosphere near the kitchen. My recent order was 5 minutes ago through doordash. I missed something so I called and they were very nice and accommodating. Food is great!

Ended up here after there was nothing else open to eat inside the Horseshoe. Staff was attentive, and the portion I got for the meatballs and ricotta with pasta was MASSIVE! Food is run of the mill, nothing special but it definitely isn’t bad at all.

Love Pizzas@Horcheaper but 1 topping totaled ovrr $×3. Usually order seShoe. Lately. they been out of wheat dough I dont. Like white flour diugh& bread. Last gine, cashier was angry cause I requested to speak to the. Supervisor. or. Mgr. Its pricy but god. I thought 1 topping was "everything I like" for total of $×5.83 ; its worth it only if they have wheat dough so with me they loose money when they dont have proper dough..wheat. I got lam, goat cheese, red onions, roasted t Red peppers, artichokes, olives, on half the pizza & pepperoni& sausage on her half. $25 83 you bet I got all of that look only get half he regular anoint of pizza sauce ; too much is toosalty cause its from a can. Be so much better if they made it like I use to. at aNotre Dame College when I wash the pizza cook there.I am the customer who always ask for behest dough. Oh I get the oil brushed on my dough too.
