We were a little skeptical about a pizza inside the casino late night. There was a line for a reason. That was a very tasty pizza.

I stopped by on a Monday and it was the quietest I’ve ever seen the casino. I ordered the Chicken Parmesan sub, but it didn’t quite hit the mark for me. The flavors were a bit underwhelming, and I’m not sure I’d choose it again. My mother had the Chicken Alfredo, and hers was much better. Next time, I’ll be ordering the Alfredo instead.
Overall, calm atmosphere and decent service, but the food was a mixed experience.
Got a pepperoni pizza that was decent. Not authentic pizza but it serves its purpose and it didn’t taste bad. Online ordering process was simple. Did delivery which was brought by Door Dash. My driver didn’t give me any complications and got to my hotel without a problem.

We’ve been ordering here for the last couple of years and we would always get ourfrench fries first. Today I have ordered two western fries, and margarita Pizza, which I’ve always ordered and loved it. There were A couple couples who order behind me got their food first and I asked the cashier where is my fries and she gave me an attitude and said “do you want it or not!” Wow, speaking of a courtesy customer service, This girl was horrible if she’s so unhappy with her job, then she need to quit

Customer services part of your job and when people are spending their money, you shouldn’t have to deal with a bunch of attitude the woman with the glasses and the gray wig it’s really a mean and nasty person. I didn’t even want the pizza after all that.

Don't. This is my first time at the Horseshoe Casino downtown. It's horrible considering I li e a mile away, but hey.
Back to this place. Just don't. We had to shout our order across the room. This would ha e been fine but the casino is virtually empty and there is only one other person in the line besides us. Mine was more bread than meatball than bread and forgot 1/3 of the order, that was shouted across the room.
This is not just your ordinary every day pizza , the taste will explode in your mouth , the perfect tomato sauce , fresh peperoni , bacon bits and a little sprinkle of beef , the taste is none I ever had ! Not making this up , go see for yourself and tell me about it.

The restaurant condiment area was in shambles, napkins all over the floor. A cashier and assistants that had no clue who ordered what. No sense of urgency and the pizza toppings had been sitting out for quite a long time. Served meatballs with unmelted cheese! Customer Service at its finest!
