So I've been coming here for literally about two years it's probably the highlight of Horseshoe casino, which is a bad thing. But this place has great pizza. They stay open super late past 12 AM which is super awesome. The staff is hit or miss but who gives a butt because the pizzas always good don't know what ingredients they have it would be ideal for there to be another Pizzetta in Maryland, DC, Virginia I highly recommend.

My wife and I were pretty much forced to eat here because it was the only place open in horseshoe casino.. I ordered six wings they charged me for 12 and when I said something about it they had an attitude.. then when I asked for extra blue cheese they charged me 53 cents extra for each cup.. and then when I asked for a bag so I can take my leftover food with me are you charged five cents per bag.. the chicken alfredo was very good.. the wings are very tough and very skimpy and definitely not worth it... the customer service is horrible

I've been inside and ordered through doordash. I love the casino and the atmosphere near the kitchen. My recent order was 5 minutes ago through doordash. I missed something so I called and they were very nice and accommodating. Food is great!

Ended up here after there was nothing else open to eat inside the Horseshoe. Staff was attentive, and the portion I got for the meatballs and ricotta with pasta was MASSIVE! Food is run of the mill, nothing special but it definitely isn’t bad at all.

I will first say that the pizza here is delicious! That being said, the employees are absolutely awful. There is nothing worse than having an enjoyable evening at the casino then heading over to grab a bite to eat and being "greeted" by miserable staff. I asked for the supreme pizza minus the olives. I was told I wasn't allowed to not have the olives. I blankly stared at the employee and then asked for a pizza with everything the supreme pizza has for it's ingredients minus the olives. I was promptly told no and turned away. I was legit refused service because I didn't want olives on my pizza. I even suggested she make the pizza and when it came time to sprinkling the olives on the pizza to just sprinkle the olives in the trash. I was completely ignored. To boot, while leaving with no pizza, another customer told me she was denied extra sauce on the side of her pizza even tho she said she would pay the extra charge. These employees are costing the restaurant money for no other reason than ignorance.

Called for delivery on some late night pizza with our group. We placed our order and it was fast and delicious. Pizza was hot! Great service! I would recommend them to anyone looking for Pizza!

This place is inside the Horseshoe Casino.Good news... free parking in downtown Baltimore.The pizza itself wasn't too bad.Service was quick and very friendly.They were out of Pepsi and Diet Pepsi but that can happen anywhere.

Don't get the chicken Alfredo, unless you like poor quality Alfredo. Pizza was okay enough. Wouldn't go again unless it was a last resort. The atmosphere wasn't the best!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! My favorite is the BBQ Chicken Pizza and there is nothing like it anywhere around here. Open all night, you have to get your specialty pie before 11 or you'll have to settle for the standard cheese or pepperoni. Haven't tried anything else because I'm hooked on that one item.

Listen. Is this pizza the best you'll have in your life? Probably not. But is it great and definitely good enough for a casino?! Yes!!! The late night hours are also perfect (actually, I believe it's open 24 hours). & get this. They have gluten. free. crust. Happy girl.

Employees are miserable!!! They refused to give me my pizza claimed that I didn’t pay they needed to review the camera. When I attempted to check the receipts the cashier threatened to have me escorted out when she should have been looking through them to verify my purchase. The manager Chris confirmed that I did pay the cashier that denied I paid from jump! I love piezzetta but will never return after this treatment! It was completely uncalled for! Just do your job and if you don’t like your job please quit!!!!

So ordering an unlimited topping pizza .. yet they act as if you cannot get the toppings you want. Nasty attitudes …. However the pizza is great. I guess bad service is a Baltimore thing! Management should do better with hiring people with great customer service skills!
