Really tasty, friendly, under-stated neighborhood Middle-Eastern restaurant. Quality ingredients and great prices too.

I had a disappointing experience at Pitamore due to the attitude of one of the staff members. I politely asked for two extra sauces, which she confirmed, but she only threw one into the bag and quickly walked off before I could even ask about the second. When I approached her again and offered to pay, she responded with an attitude that made it seem like I was trying to get something for free.
Thankfully, another employee stepped in to apologize, but the damage was done. As a hospital employee with plenty of nearby dining options, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. Unfortunately, Pitamore won’t be a place I return to — not because of the food, but because of the service. Do better.

Food was decent but definitely not authentic, way overpriced i recommend going to authentic middle eastern restaurants like zaatar which is downtown and not so far from this place or shawarma house. The service was terrible. I was in line first, but the worker skipped me and helped someone else. She was rude, never greeted me, and acted like I was bothering her. I always try to be understanding especially as someone who works in customer service but she was completely rude. I ordered two sandwiches and clearly said I wanted falafel on the one with eggplant and chicken on the one without. She completely ignored my request and got it backwards. She also gave me spicy falafel without asking. The bowl I ordered was mostly pickles and onions, with barely any meat or rice. The area near the utensils was dirty, and the fries were soggy and flavorless. I felt really uncomfortable the whole time—definitely won’t be coming back.
It's all about food. Delicious and reasonably priced!
Great food.

Pitamore is a great place to dine!!!
Exceptional Falafel. Service was great. Atmosphere was excellent!!!
When o was there back in 2019 the Middle Eastern gentleman was very nice and served me and explained the new items. The food was great. Fast forward to the influx of illegals and now in 2024 there’s this hispanic serveuse with limited to nil English speaking capacity, rude as hell, serving up something. I’d rather go to the halal trucks across the street. Employ better people!!

Worst food I have ever had. This was disgusting and I would never recommend to anyone. Definitely not Mediterranean food and uses bad ingredients. Chef Ron? More like chef WRONG. Don't choose this place.
