The staff here is so kind, they have a really open space but few tables. The gelato is delicious however a regular (smallest size available) is a $7.50 which is a bit pricey for me. The location is ideal and they are open later on the weekends which a bonus.

Plenty of servers, owner was engaged with customers, and the milk chocolate gelato is to die for!

If you're craving authentic, creamy gelato, head to Pitango Gelato in Fells Point, MD. This charming little shop is tucked away near the water, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The star of the show is, of course, the gelato! Their flavors are fantastic, with rich, natural tastes and an incredibly smooth texture. You'll find both classic options and some unique choices.Parking is a breeze with plenty of spots available right in front of the shop.Definitely give Pitango Gelato a try the next time you're exploring Fells Point!

Stopped in for the first time in a long time. I have always preferred their sorbet to the Gelato and so got the lemon sorbet which is just fabulous. Some of the best you'll find anywhere. They let you taste flavors which is great and the passion fruit was also great. I Tried the turmeric ginger Gelato which was very good but, for me, not as good as the sorbet. The prices are steep, $7.50 for a very small portion, but for a treat it's worth it!

Expensive but good. Excellent and friendly customer service, convenient location. Pistachio and hazelnut were my favorite. Kids enjoyed it. Clean store.

Good gelato. Though the prices were higher than expected. The service good. The shop is small, so there are not many seats inside. Plus, the store gets quite crowded.

I’ve been to plenty of gelato places to know what’s good and authentic gelato. This place surprised me by their flavors. I was happy to see the pistachio and hazelnut since those were the two flavors I always got at Capogiro (very delicious gelato in Philadelphia). However, I was disappointed by the way the employee served us. I got the regular size and it was a very small portion. He barely filled the cup. $7.50 for a tiny portion of mediocre gelato is such a rip off. Was it the best gelato? No, which is why I can’t justify the price of it. There’s no value in the quality nor the quantity. I’d rather wait till I fly to Europe to eat fresh gelato and pay a fraction of the price here.

Took a stroll to Baltimore today and we were looking for something yummy to eat for dessert. We stumbled across Pitango Geltao. As we entered, we noticed that the gelato is stored in metal tins with lids, great first impression! The menu has GF options and FF (fat free) options labeled, and the sorbet is Diary Free! The staff was super nice and since it wasn't too busy, we were able to try a few options. In the end, my husband opted for mojito and lemon sorbet. The mojito was spectacular and actually tasted like a mojito! I got the pistachio and chocolate hazelnut, very creamy and flavorful. It is pricey but totally worth it! We can't wait to try the location in Kalorama, DC!

Friendly staffs, decent flavor selections. The Mojito sorbet is an interesting pick, refreshing but not too overpoweringly minty. Really small cup for the price you paid.

Guy working was awesome but it didn't make up for the exorbitant price or impersonal atmosphere of the place. Felt like every other overpriced chain. Gelato was good but go down the road to vacarro's and get double the amount for the same price or less with a more authentic experience and additional options. Otherwise just go in to the market area across the street and get taharka's for ice cream.

This is an Italian gelato ice cream shop that sells various flavors.Four people visited and we all bought different flavors and shared them. All the flavors are great and really delicious. There are not many tables in the store. There is one table that can seat 4 people and about 3 tables that can seat 2 people. If you are eating or walking nearby, I recommend it as an ice cream worth stopping by.
