Pizza was good but I’m not sure why I waited 30 minutes when there were only 2 other people in the store at 11:30pm. I haven’t been in a while and they changed to the kiosk method which makes the process slower in my opinion. I could honestly see waiting that long if it was packed, but it wasn’t. Maybe I’ll come back during the day since the night crew seemed to have conversations with one specific customer that only ordered garlic knots 10 minutes after I put in my order and somehow they left 10 minutes before I did? Make it make sense.

My son likes to go here for pizza with vegan cheese. It's just okay in my opinion. I'm not sure if it's the vegan cheese or what, but my pizza had an olive taste to it. The atmosphere is kinda dry compared to when I used to go to this location years ago.

Trash service! Young man, only employee there, focused on making several to go orders without acknowledging us in-store customers.Continues to make to go pizzas, goes outside to talk to a friend outside in the side walk, comes back in, still doesn't acknowledge in-store customers, checks out a guy that walked in for a soda and someone picking up to-go. Then after we were waiting too long at the beginning of the pizza line, without a greeting, he asks us if we want anything. It's as if customers don't matter amd he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants and missed a sale. We left.

I entered this place on 8/28, as a Uber driver to pick up a order! And ket me tell you it was the best service, I had ever seen! I was first greeting by a young lady named, Aly! She greeted me very nicely and asked was I there to pick up an order? I said yes, let remind you all that, she was in the middle making a pizza, WITH GLOVES ON YOU GUYS! I replied, oh my your wearing gloves, I need to come back here to eat! lol I am really big on that, this is way I dont buy or enjoy pizza anywhere, because I believe they all should wear GLOVES, while making someone's pizza! So she stopped what she was doing to assist me, with my Uber order, asked did I need a bag, she was really nice and professional! These restaurants are usually not nice or polite to us, delivery drivers and I dont know why! I grabbed my order, then she did the unthinkable guys, she CHANGED HER GLOVES again to go back to making that pizza! I was very IMPRESSED, in fact, I was so IMPRESSED, I had to come to leave a review! Any other cook, I guarantee you, would have kept those gloves and went right back to making that pizza! And we know this, we dont know what people are doing, when they're alone making our food! True fact, but I do know what, Aly does! ? So go here best spot ever, your guaranteed to get your money's worth, thats top notch service and CLEAN PIZZA, FOOD, PERIOD! So, Aly stay cute and sweet sista! Absolutely love this place when I want pizza to go! The young people who work here are always nice. Atmosphere is ok, the dinning area always looks a bit unkept and it's not very inviting. But I also hang out at swanky places so that may just be my own personal judgement. Food is always good and I never wait long at all
I went to the location before closing around 10:50 just to find out that the doors was closed and locked .. then a staff member came to the door and told me that they closed the doors 30 minutes ago. They only are taking door dash orders. So I asked to speak to a manager. The manager came and said that they ran out of dough. All of the staff was very rude and i am really just disappointed in the customer service from the manager and the staff !! I will not be going back

My first time in my last time I came here July. Fourth, right before the crowd came in. It was literally me and 2 other people and their kids. And when I tell you it's took forever for me to get my food on top of that. The guy almost gave my food to someone else. And they never asked me If i wanted a garlic or any sauce on my pizza. But they ask the couple. Did they want anything on their pizza. So my pizza does not taste good. I would of love to get garlic sauce my pizza, but I don't think they cared and and it seems really unorganized. And the girl in there seems like she has a attitude so they need somebody else in charge. Because it's just a hot mess and I will not be returning. I feel like I wasted eighteen dollars.

I placed a delivery order, waited an hour and 15 minutes, and then randomly got an email that my order was cancelled and I was refunded. No communication and no way to contact the store. 0/10

Used to love this place. Was super unique and trendy. Had a great vibe and design, good music, friendly people, and awesome craft sodas. Went back after a few years and it looks like a Quiznos going out of business. Dirty tables and kitchen, obnoxious signage, no vibe, and unprofessional workers.
Such a disappointment from what it used to be. They’ll be out of business soon.

I used to frequent this location for years. During my recent visit, I was shocked to find the interior in a deplorable state - dark and dirty. I felt uneasy about even placing an order and dining there. The original &pizza machine only had Coke products, not the &pizza soda. The pizza station was messy, with food items placed haphazardly. Although I understand this location stays open late, it never appeared this way in the past. Now, I have to inconvenience myself by going to a different location further out of my way.
