Had a problem with a delivery order. My order was outsourced to Door Dash and the dasher stole my food. I came in person and spoke with Dustin and he handled the situation perfectly. I'm beyond pleased with the customer service .

This is the most inconsistent &Pizza. Half of the time the pizzas have almost no toppings. Consistently 15+ minutes behind promised ready time. Gave me an order without half of the toppings on it. Can’t call store or get actual human to talk to. TERRIBLE customer service, and super inconsistent quality. There are other locally owned pizza places in Federal Hill. Go there instead.

&pizza has great food but at this particular location they disappointed me. I ordered 2 pizza’s that came with sweet & spicy honey and asked for only a dash of it. The service was just terrible. I got home to eat my pizza and when I picked up a piece it was soggy and everything on the pizza fell off. The whole box was soaked in the sweet & spicy honey. I even tried to put the pizza in the oven thinking it would help. My mouth was on fire for an hour. We bought 2 of the same pizzas accept one had olives the other did not. Both pizzas were ruined by the amount of honey that was put on them. I went back the next day and showed the pictures I took and all I got was sorry. The store is very messy with trash on the floor.

I ordered a gluten free pizza with dairy free cheese. I had the pineapple, bacon, and jalapeno pizza and added franks red sauce. I was going to just eat one piece before I got home and ate the whole thing! This is the pizza I've been missing! It was soooo good. The cheese melted into this creamy sauce so it wasn't completely cheese-like but it wasn't hard like the other dairy free cheeses I've had before. I can't wait to take my hubby back for a date night!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free, dairy free

I came into & Pizza late in the evening yesterday and the customer service was amazing! Nicki and Mirra ( I hope I'm spelling their names right ) were awesome! They were both very patient with me when I was ordering and trying to decide what I wanted. I had the most delicious buffalo chicken pizza. I will definitely be returning to this location.

Food was great but everyone got their pizza except for one person with ordered a plain pizza. She asked why it was taking so long and they said they forgot and will make it now. Twenty minutes later she asked again and they said they forgot again. They gave her a free bottle of water but she still had to stand there for an additional 20 minutes before she decided to just ask for a refund. She was told that they do not offer refunds and she just had to “be patient.” That is not acceptable, especially after waiting 40+ minutes for a CHEESE PIZZA. I reiterate, the pizza was great but the organization, time management, and customer service was extremely lack luster.

Delivered wrong order, did not send receipt, listed number on Yelp and Google are FAKE ("number cannot be completed as dialed), the SMS number on their website is FAKE (no response after 1hr) If I hadn't ordered from &pizza before I would have thought it was just a scam. The reality is it's a real business that publishes fake contact info and is happy to $&@! you out of $40 and never speak to you again
