Been coming to Nacho Mamas for years and have always gotten the garlic shrimp soup in the bowl, as that was the best part.
To start… all new servers was a big red flag, we loved Elizabeth/Emily she was a sweetheart (blonde hair). Well the new server Stacey was trash. the server didn’t update us on the new menu change. You can literally tell a new comer to a regular. And we would come here for the awesome wings and that too wasn’t up to par to what we have ALWAYS experienced. Whoever is making changes needs to STOP IMMEDIATELY y’all are going to run both locations into the ground. Get servers that want to work and look alive, they looked like they wanted to be anywhere else but work and the service showed.

The garlic soup was served on a soggy piece of bread, at the very least it could’ve been baked more. I did not enjoy this at all and from this day forward I won’t be returning unless they go back to the old menu. To note this was $17… does this look like a $17 dollar meal ?? Absolutely not and deserved better.

Below average wings. Which, if your name is “Pizza & Wing Factory”, then that’s a pretty troubling sign. But hey, they do hamburgers and Philly cheesesteaks and quesadillas, you name it, they do it all! Probably about as well as they do the wings…

My advice: drop everything else and focus on making the best wings, pizza, and nachos in Baltimore. Right now, you’re not even at baseline.

This is a great restaurant and bar. Our server (Taylor) was exceptional. We spent several hours in the restaurant, celebrating a 30 year reunion. The drinks and food are very good. I recommend the crab nachos, they are unique and delicious.

Definitely a hit or miss if you have Stacey as your server. Depending on her mood will determine your experience!

Good food, but site is useless. Can't just order a Hawaiian. I have to order the $15 Hawaiian and then it forced you to pick toppings which jumps the price. It's 2023. Having a functional online ordering system shouldn't be this difficult.

DO NOT EAT HERE! I actually filed a complaint with the BBB due to their terrible food and service. If a customer is not happy with the quality of the food and doesn’t eat it, they shouldn’t have to pay, period. The district manager told me this is a very common problem for them; but he blamed the customers. Newsflash: if your food always gets sent back, it’s because your FOOD IS BAD.

Tried Nacho Mama’s after it was recommended to us. Ashley, our server was very friendly and attentive. She refilled our drinks without asking and checked on us frequently to see how everything was. The whole vibe of the place is relaxed and very welcoming. “If you ordered it, you bought it,” made sense on the menu. The Nacho Mama’s chicken nachos was huge and filling. Even though 3 people were helping to eat it, my son was so full he ended up packing up his whole entree to go. Would definitely visit again and more frequently if we lived closer. Lots of items to try on the menu and Ashley and the rest of the staff was great!

I had a procedure done at John’s Hopkins Hospital and after being discharged, wanted to stop with my family to grab a bite to eat before the three hour ride home. We contacted a friend who lives in suburban Baltimore and he recommended Nacho Mama’s. I was not disappointed. A very friendly vibe to bring our two kids. Speaking of - a very pleasant surprise - Mondays special is that kids eat free with each paying adult. It was as a bright spot on a very long and exhausting day. I had the chicken street tacos. They were wonderful…..so flavorful. My only disappointment was that there was only two of them. And the assortment of hot sauces on the table was a nice touch. I tried a few of them. Our waitress was very attentive. Refilled our beverages without us even asking. A true pleasure. Since I had sedation, alcohol was out of the question for me. Next time I visit our friends, I want to come back and try the large selection of cocktails!

Funky place serving up creative and delicious food. We came here for brunch on a late Sunday morning. Drinks were terrific and everything we ordered was so good.

This place is a must stop if visiting Baltimore! The staff is friendly, clean environment. There's plenty of tent covered outside seating and inside. Don't forget to order the hubcap margarita! Food was excellent as well. Overall a Phenomenal and fun experience. After dinner there is always tons of other local establishment and bars for all ages. Just go visit now!!

Moricio is AMAZING!! This neighborhood bar offers just what you need when you need it. Nacho Mama's is lucky to have "MO"ricio because the man is always on top of things. He knows when to check on his guests and he knows how to keep you smiling, even after you've had a bad day. Thank you Moricio and I look forward to seeing ya EVERY WEEK! =)

Ordered pizza and wings, first call back and they tell us there is no pizza! Place is called pizza & wing factory so we order turkey sandwich and wings. Another phone call back to us , no turkey sandwiches, finally get the chicken sandwich which arrives dry as a bone and the wings were pretty bad. Will avoid this place in the future. People from Grub hub were great however, very apologetic even though they had no control over the restaurant menu.
