Pizza is delivered cold it's nasty they take too long to deliver your food will be cold you will be better off ordering from some where closer especially if you live in the Bolton Hill area do not order from the Charles st. store flat out.

Pizza is solid. Subs are decent. Wings are pretty good. Fries, sides, and tenders are excellent. Much better drink selection in store than shown online. Chicken Caesar wrap was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever eaten, though. It was like they sautéed the lettuce in the dressing, wrapped it up, then dipped the whole thing in more grease. It was dripping wet with grease, completely soaked the inner wrapper and pooled in the outer wrapper. I wish they’d provided napkins to dry it off a little. And this was a takeout order that they were still making while I waited, so it’s not like any of this is attributable to sitting around under a lamp or in a hot bag. They were very generic with the chicken, though. Too generous for a chicken Caesar wrap. They should just go ahead and toss it in the fryer so at least it would have some texture and not be downright slippery.

Have food deliver to my job, when I start to eat my food and start to drink my soda, just took my soda out my bag, and the soda was open and someone have drink ou of the bottle. Call to let the know and they suppose to sent me another soda never received the soda. This is bad

I use to use the Owings Mill Store. But now I'm in the city and I order there shrimp alfredo which is Awesome. I order that once a week . Tonight got a Italian cold cut which was very good . Thank you for being close by while I'm in the hospital . Hospital food is horrible so I order from you guys all the time and will always .

I really like their food! The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is that they are a bit steep on their prices. Not thrilled with their delivery either, I just walk over and take out since they are only 3 blocks away from me. I have been really impressed with their sauce and everything I have tried so far. My only problem is that like other businesses there are usually a few or sometimes many people loitering in front of the place. I would rate them 5 across the board if not for nonsense in front. This doesn't happen every time I visit but most of the time they're hanging out around the door when you walk in. As I approached the entrance once I was panhandled for anything that I could spare! My reply was if the prices weren't so high, maybe I could help them out, but paying 27 dollars for a pizza with 3 toppings makes that impossible. I suggested that they hang out by McDonald's or elsewhere and maybe they would have better luck! If you go and pick up, don't carry cash and I would suggest a Taser like myself.. but all in all the counter people are pleasant and the food is great ?
Crazy delivery guy started preaching about religion. The driver was blocking the road during his rant. And the pizza was cold.Management said it's his first amendment right to harass customers.I will be calling corporate also.

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible place, horrible customer service, 2 hour delivery, trash in our food bag, good ice cold, order complete incorrect!!!!!!! Don’t get food from here, not now anyway , before it wasn’t bad. All they told us was that they’d give us a free soda -_-

We pay a delivery fee and have tipped despite 0 customer service on the delivery man’s end He calls and beeps the horn outside your house trying to force customers to meet him at his car because he’s too busy talking on the phone all the time He needs to be fired I’m not paying another dime to this store for their delivery service
