Literal worst experience ever. The driver refused to get out of the car because I was paying cash even though I was charged a delivery fee and tip. I was told to go to the car. There were a guy and his girl in the car so why would I do that? One person maybe two nah I’m good. I was going to give the driver more of a tip. Customer service at Sinclair lane in Baltimore, Maryland really sucks. The employees there seem to always have an attitude when I call and place a order. I recently had a bad experience with an employee there . I called to place a order , and she was rushing me off the phone the whole time . She gave me my total and I told her I was paying with a card which I always do . She preceded to tell me they don’t take cards over the phone .
