Mind u, I have not ordered in over 20yrs bcuz I found a roach cooked into my stromboli at this particular location. The staff was so rude & mean, it was terrible. In the last 4 yrs, ive been ordering from the Charles st location, I like them a little bit better. But anyway, I order food for my Uncle yesterday for his birthday, my uncle is over 65 & on dialysis. The delivery driver sat in the car & didnt bring the food to the door for him. The bad part is, my uncle walk to the car & asked the driver if he had food for him & the driver was very aggressive & rude to this old man & was cursing at him. I guess the driver was mad bcuz he had txt my phone instead of calling to say that the food was outside when he was supposed to get out and knock on the door. How do u shout at & curse out an elderly man like that?! Totally disgusting.

Been waiting 2.5 hours for food. The driver said they don't get out down there. Referring to my neighborhood as if this is a dangerous place at 4 pm on a weekday. I will never patronize this company ever again. I happened to be working remotely from home and I would have expected you to deliver my pizza to the door for the tip that I gave and the fee I was charged. Wtf am I paying for then? They also use an answering service so it will take you 1 hour or more to get in touch with the store. Corporate places stay away. Place is so inefficient your pizza will almost certainly be late.

I've been ordering here for a few years now, and these guys really know how to make a pizza. I've gotten several other things here too, and mostly they've been good. I order through their website and it's easy. I recommend pretty much anything except the pasta (this was the one thing that was a bit disappointing). Also keep in mind that not all Bolis are created equal. There was one by my previous place, and it was expensive and not good. So enjoy!

I have only ordered pizzas from this establishment. Usually extra pepperoni, extra cheese. But have also ordered their buffalo chicken and BBQ chicken pizzas. They have become my go-to when I don't want to pay the extra fees and higher prices associated with delivery apps. My order is usually ready in about 15 minutes give or take and I can walk there, It is always hot with good ingredients. It is a takeout-only establishment.

Went to pick up my food on my lunch break, the woman with the glasses has the worst attitude, and does not communicate well. When the other employees were moving with the speed of need, she was turtle slow walking back and forth between the register and where to food was under the heater. The level of unprofessional behavior displayed by this woman is apparently the standard of service in Baltimore 🤦🏽‍♀️

Me: Looks like my cheesesteak was packed wrong and it’s too greasy to eat! Could you make me another?

Owner: *stares at me, grabs the bag from my hand and starts fumbling with the receipt*

Me: (nervously) I don’t think it was anyone’s fault, I order from you guys a lot and it’s always good!

Owner: *hands me a new receipt* I have refunded your purchase. You can leave now.

Me: (confused) oh! Okay… b-but, could you just make me a new one? I’m happy to pay for it.

Owner: No. Because it will be the same.

Me: But if it were always like that then I wouldn’t order here…

Owner: No. It’s always like this.

Me: (shocked) So… i should just never order from you again?

Owner: Yes.

Me: Wait, for real? That’s it?

Owner: That’s it. You can leave.

So I left. And cried in my car lol. Mind you I’ve been in the service business for 20 years and would never dream of giving a restaurant a hard time. Accidents happen, it’s no big deal. But wow… I guess there really is a first time for everything!

Place is horrible I ordered my food at 8:30 came to my home at 10:30 then they forgot my soda I been calling to get a refund no one wants to pick up or they put u on hold don’t order from this place ever I don’t care if it was to get a sub don’t play with my money
