Place is horrible I ordered my food at 8:30 came to my home at 10:30 then they forgot my soda I been calling to get a refund no one wants to pick up or they put u on hold don’t order from this place ever I don’t care if it was to get a sub don’t play with my money

I had an issue with a online delivery order that I called the store to try to resolve. The gentleman that answered the telephone was very gracious however he said that the manager would need to assist. The manager was very different, he was disrespectful, loud, rude, and consistently not listening. I ordered online for my child at the house but the food couldn't be delivered because the credit card and ID wasn't there. He was telling me that this is a policy that "all his customers" know about but it's not on the site. I was attempting to explain to him that I have ordered online from various Pizza Bolis stores and this is the first time I have ran into this policy, so assuming "his customers" know is not the best plan. I don't think I got any of that out, he was just loud and I tuned him out and I am glad my $50 plus order and the tip was canceled. They will never get my business I'd rather get in my car and find a Pizza Hut.

More than an hour to deliver a pizza to your home, very bad service
This location has spiraled downward it’s more than an hour to get my food delivered (unless it’s through Uber Eats) and there is always something wrong with my order. Im done with the Pizza Bolis franchise all together it’s definitely NOT what it use to be.
