One of the workers was very rude on the phone and also when he got mt address wrong and thought he was outside he sickly started yelling at me not knowing he was in the wrong i don’t know if he was having a bad day but baby if you know you not having a good day don’t come to work at all !!!! I have placed multiple online orders to which I always have to call for delivery updates due to driver taking up to 8 orders for delivery causing longer wait times. Placed my order at 7:13 pm, my estimated delivery time was 8:10 pm with the tracker stating he left the place at 7:40 pm and it is currently almost 8:30 pm and still no food. When I called, I did not get an updated estimate of wait time and he just gave a false hope of my food still being hot. Manager was not in store so I could not get a response on the next step if my food arrives cold.

0 Stars‼️Rudest delivery driver decides he would snatch this cold pizza out of my hand after I was talking to manager stating I would not pay for a delivery fee only my food due to me having to wait for over an 1 hour and 20mins for one cold pizza to be delivered for my kids when I’m right up the street‼️When I asked for my food to be hot and fresh not riding around for an hour lying to me on the status of where the driver was‼️Totally Outrageous and unacceptable! Will never get my money or business again! Need to hire more professional people and if you know you run a business that delivers hire more workers that can handle the demand instead of having folks wait all day for a pizza?

I do not understand why it took two hours to make & deliver an 8 inch sub a half a mile away. I’m not sure why the staff at the store felt the need to repeatedly lie about the order status? I won’t be ordering from this pizza Bolis anymore. It was the first and the last time. they forgot the drink & the food is literally cold.. ☹️?

Tonight was ridiculous placed an online order for delivery at 805pm a pizza a gyro and garlic bread delivery set for 845pm now why did I receive my food at 940pm ridiculous. Cold food. Long day work didnt want to drive up the rd. Learned my lesson no deliveries with this restaurant.

Just horrible!!! Waited an hour for a terrible pizza. Had no sauce or cheese! Pizza was very dry and when we tried to call to make a complaint and return the pizza for a new one or get a refund but they said call back in 5-10mins because the system was down and so we did and then when we called back and they answered he asked for the address and said he’d call back in 5 minutes and never did! Horrible service and food!

We received a mailer to our home this past week for the Perry hall location with 4 coupons and placed an order planning to use one coupon and then when we arrive and gave the coupon we’re told “I’ve never seen that before I don’t know where you got it” and refused to let us use our coupon. How does a company mail out coupons and then not honor them? Food has always been pretty good but I will not be back again now. Poor customer service for sure.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called in an order to be picked up, walked in, paid & order was read & confirmed to me. The lady at the register gives me a pizza and places it on the counter for me. I asked about the order once again just to be sure. When I got home I was given a pizza that was apart of someone's delivery order. I called to inquire & was brushed away, as well as then hung up on. They told me that my pizza was in the oven & I can come get it. I was then hung up on, My kids have now eaten pepperoni pizza, that they have never had before. In other words now they will be sick thanks to pizza boli's.
