In the last 7 months they have gotten great. Went there about 7 or 8 months ago and the guy working there was very rude. No customer service skills what so ever. I have not seen him since... and the place is so much better. We Love The Pizza and Wings
The worst customers service I have dealt with in a while! You guys totally got my order messed and literally could care less!! I paid for pizza because that is what I wanted. You guys sent me cinnamon bread. I don’t understand how you don’t feel responsible for sending me something I did not order!!! Will never buy food here again!!!!
This is the Pizza Boli in Federal Hill the Sunday afternoon after a busy Saturday night. When asked to clean this up he stated “it not his problem it’s the cities responsibility”.
