Both times I’ve ordered here the pizza came at least 30-40 minutes after the 45-55 minute stated times, while the tracker still says they’re making it (even once delivered).
If you order here, don’t use their delivery unless through a 3rd party app like DoorDash… pick it up.
They can’t track their own deliveries and get upset with you if call and ask them for an update.

UPDATE: Per your response, I never received my item you said you would deliver because yall did not include it in my delivery though you said you would try to right the wrong. So your reply to this has no bearings whatsoever in your lack of efforts to correct the issue at all.
Minced pieces of broccolli on my pizza I expected whole pieces of the vegetable So I called and I was told they mince(chop) into small pieces "Because it will burn" if they cook whole BUT they did the SAME exact thing to my Jalepenos on the other pizza I ordered from them! They lie if they cannot cook pizza get the hell out the kitchen and business. THEY are CHEAP as @ck Cut cost.Delivery. Pizza is okay.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Got a 16 inch BOGO Pizza (BBQ Chicken). PROS: 1)Absolutely loved the dough! I don't get to say that often enough!! 2) Delivery was SUPER FAST & PLEASANT! 3) Great deal! 4) The custom toppings list is extensive! 5) I really liked the way the Chicken was done on the pizza. Almost like pulled but small slices. No breading. CON: My only con, you're never gonna please everyone with any BBQ Sauce. I had some mustard at home and it elevated it to another level. Overall, great work! I'll be trying ya again another time

I've changed my review, this used to be a good store, until know what's happening now but I'll order from Charles St from now on. The service used to be 100, not so much anymore. This used to be the best pizza bolis, ordered were delivered fast food was hot, now its over an hour delivery time.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and fry meal and my chicken tenders were burnt burnt. They were rock hard and almost black.

For one pizza and six wings was $32. The pizza came out smaller than expected. Consistency was similar to 711 pizza. Wings were crispy.
I ordered from here and in my bbq wings there was a finger nail which can’t be mine because my nails are acrylic and the nail in my food was natural

Great food here I worked making Pizza for many years off and on they turned me on to the white pizza great added tomato I’m against putting meat on pizza aside from it being unhealthy people often complain that their pizza isn’t done

Roach infested…when i came in to pick up my pizza i saw roaches crawling around. Told him i needed my money back. At first he said he was confused but i pointed to the roaches and he said “ok sorry” lol. Nice customer service but dirty as hell.

Ordered 10pm on a Saturday night after a volleyball tournament for my 16-yr-old daughter. She’s not a picky eater. She loves chicken fettuccine Alfredo. She is fine eating it from a high end Italian restaurant or from Dominos or from a frozen meal. She’s good with it all. She said this was THE absolute worst Alfredo she has ever had. Said the noodles on the bottom tasted burnt and there was very little Alfredo, more like a thick cheese on top and then water in the bottom half of the container. Had to toss it out it was so inedible. Would NOT recommend.Second to this, the employees aren’t happy, friendly people. Guy on the phone that took my order had an annoyed tone from the second the call started. Delivery driver had an attitude when he called to let me know he was there. When the guy who took my order asked for our room number I said in surprise, “oh! You guys deliver to the room?” And he said yes. Delivery driver called to let me know he was in the lobby and when I asked if he was bringing it up, he gave me an attitude. Not sure how they have even 3.5 stars.
