After a long day of travel, I asked where is good pizza and this place was recommended. I was supposed to have the order by 10:05pm, and it was given to me at 10:34pm. Part of the order was missing, and the food was completely cold. When I called to ask about it, I was put on hold for just under 4 minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone, he first asked what I wanted him to do to make the order right and then he followed up with he would make a note to give me free food next time I order…given that I live in Colorado and am here for 5 days, I’ve wasted my time and money all around. If cold wings and pizza is for you, then this place is where you should go.

I got a chicken cheesesteak it was horrible. I cannot even eat it. It had huge chunks of onions and green peppers. Seems like someone shook it up or threw it around before they delivered it.

Both times I’ve ordered here the pizza came at least 30-40 minutes after the 45-55 minute stated times, while the tracker still says they’re making it (even once delivered).
If you order here, don’t use their delivery unless through a 3rd party app like DoorDash… pick it up.
They can’t track their own deliveries and get upset with you if call and ask them for an update.

UPDATE: Per your response, I never received my item you said you would deliver because yall did not include it in my delivery though you said you would try to right the wrong. So your reply to this has no bearings whatsoever in your lack of efforts to correct the issue at all.
Minced pieces of broccolli on my pizza I expected whole pieces of the vegetable So I called and I was told they mince(chop) into small pieces "Because it will burn" if they cook whole BUT they did the SAME exact thing to my Jalepenos on the other pizza I ordered from them! They lie if they cannot cook pizza get the hell out the kitchen and business. THEY are CHEAP as @ck Cut cost.Delivery. Pizza is okay.

Ordered through Uber Eats. Got a 16 inch BOGO Pizza (BBQ Chicken). PROS: 1)Absolutely loved the dough! I don't get to say that often enough!! 2) Delivery was SUPER FAST & PLEASANT! 3) Great deal! 4) The custom toppings list is extensive! 5) I really liked the way the Chicken was done on the pizza. Almost like pulled but small slices. No breading. CON: My only con, you're never gonna please everyone with any BBQ Sauce. I had some mustard at home and it elevated it to another level. Overall, great work! I'll be trying ya again another time

I've changed my review, this used to be a good store, until know what's happening now but I'll order from Charles St from now on. The service used to be 100, not so much anymore. This used to be the best pizza bolis, ordered were delivered fast food was hot, now its over an hour delivery time.
