This review is only about the service not the food. I actually like their food items overall. I have been on hold using their phone order line for over 30 minutes on this Sunday April 20th 2025. Every 3 minutes of so a voice will cut through the Italian music playing in the background to say my call is first in line and will be answered by the next representative and that all representatives are currently busy. Suddenly my call went to voicemail telling me to leave a message. I hung up and called them back and was put on hold again for another over 20 minutes with the same exact messages. I finally got fed up and hung up the phone after another 35 min. On this day their phone ordering service was bad. After being on hold for nearly an hour, one would think a live person would come on the phone to give an update of some sort.

I'm not going to completely bash Bravo's because I've eaten from them so many times over the last few years. But this past Friday I got my usually chicken n shrimp quesadilla and after a few bits I noticed the taste was not on point, but ate 2 pieces. Well 5-6 hours later I was vomiting and on the toilet for 2-3 days. I would've blamed it on something else but I only ate one other thing that day and I know it wasn't that. Note, eating fast food anything can happen!
They have decent pies. Good amount of cheese on a well baked crust (not crispy if that is your thing but didn’t request it). Ordered a cheese and a Hawaiian with potato skins.
Hawaiian was really good with good amount of toppings distributed evenly. Cheese pizza was also very good with hearty amount of cheese covering the pizza. Skins were okay ; overcooked but were salvageable with sour cream.
Service was weird: stood in front of the register where the gentleman spoke on the phone for 8 minutes and then proceeded to text for 3 more (must have been important).
Parking is weird too but turn down the road and there is free parking on the right.
Overall I will go back. Love exploring local pizzerias and, for the 4 fairly picky palates it fed, it was well received.

I'll not ever order again. The order was technically correct. However the pizza sauce was bland. The dough tasted undercooked in the center of the pizza. The garlic cheese bread was hard, stale, & oily. The toppings on both pizzas didn't taste fresh. The toppings were spongy and stringy and the cheese wasn't well melted in the center of. The plain cheesecake slices weren't anywhere near the same size (2 slices ordered), and they had some weird syrup-ish after taste. The inside is under renovation. The folks making food, taking orders were also doing the renovation work during normal hours. Dust and debris is airborne. I like to patronize small businesses and local faire. But this? Was a strong no. If I hadn't already paid 40$+ for the food online, I'd not have continued. But, the order was correct & ready on time.

This place is a hidden gem for delivery. I'm upset with myself that I didn't discover it sooner. I cannot say enough about the consistent excellent quality of the food and the fast delivery. I normally order online and they pay attention to your every detailed instruction. I have never been disappointed and neither will you. If you live in the Hamilton area they are a definite must!
