This place is a hidden gem for delivery. I'm upset with myself that I didn't discover it sooner. I cannot say enough about the consistent excellent quality of the food and the fast delivery. I normally order online and they pay attention to your every detailed instruction. I have never been disappointed and neither will you. If you live in the Hamilton area they are a definite must!

Delivery was great, but pizza was pretty awful. I called to request it be cooked well done, but the dough was almost UNDERdone when arrived. It’s too bad as the flavors were ok otherwise. Texture was horrible. Heavy blob of cheese and undercooked dough. Sad. Waste of money.

I have email proof of what i ordered, and did not get the items I checked off on. Ordered a Asiago cheesesteak pizza, the items checked off were bacon, tomatoes, grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, green peppers and spinach. Was VERY disappointed when receiving the pizza it had onions! Called the store and was told we were to specifically say no onions. I did not have it check off for wanting this nor did it have ingredients listed. This was my first time ordering from here and I'm beyond pissed off that nothing was offered to make this right. Instead was forced to either pick off the onions or order from another place
My friend brought me a Ribeye Cheesesteak. It is so delicious! Big, super-tender pieces of steak, and hots that are truly hot! I've hadexcellent. many times and it is also excellent.

Pizza was ok but my fiance had the lasagna and it had a really big piece of sandwich baggie type plastic inside of it not on the bottom or on the side or just on the top of was baked into the lasagna

I ordered delivery and was very disappointed, but when I called the restaurant to request a refund the manager reached out to me and sent me a brand new order for free. He apologized for the experience and even threw in some cakes. The food was good and I’ll be ordering again.

They lowered their portion sizes, I got spaghetti and meatball twice. Both times zero sauce on 1/4 of meal a year ago while charging double. Even was assured last time you'll get sauce. Straight liars. Do t order from here
