We had to leave because the woman behind the counter provoked an argument with a doordash driver. She was rude and unprofessional. In fact she provoked him a second time. He remained calm and polite but she ranted about not having enough employees and being stressed. She said he was pestering her. The entire tone of the restaurant was uncomfortable all because the worker behind the counter provoked both arguments. I doubt I will return to this place

Came in, got some pina colada knots with some mushroom truffle sauce yesterday early afternoon. She let me know the knots couldn't be modified. I understood but then she was helpful enough to put some on the side for me. There wasn't no attitude or annoyance on her behalf with what I wanted. I was pleased with her service and them knots was a bonus.

Lived down the street for almost 4 years and just tried for the first time. Pretty good pizza for a chain restaurant. Crust was really good and the ingredients are fresh. Definitely worth trying if you’re looking for something quick and easy.

Went to this pizza place today because I always see people dying in there and I do love me a good pizza. I was very very hungry today so I decided to walk up there because it’s just five minutes away from my job. Entering this location, it did seem very clean, but I had a few questions in regards to the menu because it was my very first time trying out this location. The server was extremely rude Her name was Robert L this was the name provided to me on my receipt. I had to take the time out to explain my experience because I felt very disrespected. I even had to tell her at a certain point to calm down and speak to me better because it was my first time and I didn’t know how the menu worked. She proceeded with the AirPod in her ear so she could not hear nothing that I was saying to her and also texting on her phone, ignoring me as the customer and then when she did speak to me, she spoke to me with a tone of ignorance after ordering and I am telling you I only ordered because I was extremely hungry. I was about to walk out. She then told me I could come and pay while I was about to pay she ask me what kind of drink do I want? I told her I did not want any drink because I didn’t understand at this point that the pizza came with the drink because she didn’t even take the time out to explain that to me so then she told me it comes with the pizza While I was trying to look around what flavor drink I wanted, she seemed extremely annoyed. Her direct words were (Come on bro) Very unprofessional because I was not her bro And the Tone of her voice was more likely like get your food and get out of here I will never return to this pizza place and it is very disappointing because I tried the pizza and it was good but the customer service was disgusting And I wouldn’t come somewhere that I am unwanted as a customer I Went there 3:46 PM On the 6/8/2025 and there was not a lot of people in there just one gentleman and I very disappointing and why does she have a phone at the front of the house? I am a supervisor myself and I know what good customer service is and that customer service will fail your business for sure.
