Only order in person. There is no way to contact the store if your order is wrong or in my case, gets canceled by the driver.
Their online ordering system failed to send a ticket with any information to the store, so the workers naturally couldn't make my craft your own as they didn't know what I wanted on my pizza.
The ordering app directs you to a DC number that essentially just tells you to order online. If you call the number listed on Google for this location, you get a virtual assistant (ai) that is equally useless and tells you the store doesn't have a phone number to contact and instructs you to order online.
If my online order messed up the first time, why would I order through it again?
Pizza was as expected once I went into the store and discussed what happened with the workers. Thank you to them for making my food once they got the details from me in person but it's wild to me that a pizza shop couldn't have a telephone to handle this issue without me having to drive to the store. Pizza delivery has been easy and stable for about 80 years, why are you making it harder than it needs to be?

I have been to this location quite a bit because I really enjoyed the pizza. Itâs made right in front of you and itâs fresh and delicious. However, there has been 2 instances where I had issues when the two females are working (one heavy set and screams at you and the other is skinny and always has a turbine style scarf. The skinny one is so incredibly rude and the manager(heavy set female) does nothing. She allowed her employee to have a full blown argument with me about my order and she literally stood there and watched. I was disrespected so much that I decided to contact the owner. He basically did nothing, said he had a talk with them and that he would send me coupons, never received those. They smoke cigarettes and weed right outside of the door, absolutely no respect for the business or customers. Itâs a ghetto mess just saying. I have never had a problem with any of the male workers. My coworkers also said they have had problems with the female workers. I have decided not to eat there anymore. Hope this helps.

I have been eyeing their pizza for weeks so today I decided to come try. I ordered the LiL Roni with a tad bit of garlic butter sauce and ranch dressing, this pizza was so good and the service was good and the atmosphere was clean now was in there but this is some good fresh pizza for sure. I recommend. I donât think I would order for delivery only because I like my pizza hot and fresh.

It's not a bad 1000 calories.
I added mushrooms and green bell peppers to the meatlovers. Making it more of a "supreme" as it were.
The sauce is tasty. And as it's made right in front of you it's nice and hot. All and all a solid pizza.
Too high in calories for this fat kid to eat everyday. But every once in a while not the worst thing you can order.

Food and service was good, but it was a little dirty inside. Napkins all over floor and other trash. Chairs were unorganized and had to be moved
Workers always lock the doors really early. Made my way over there on a Friday night when there scheduled hours are until 12. Got there at 11 and the doors were already locked. Some workers were cleaning some were on their phones. They all just ignored me as if I wasnât there. I used gas to drive over there because I saw it was open until 12. Not the first time this has happened.

The night mgr Terrell refused to add crushed red pepper a seasoning to my food before putting it in the oven. I like my food spicy and prefer for the crushed red pepper to be cooked into the food while itâs in the oven. He was nasty rude and very unprofessional. What ever happened to making your customers happy and the customer is always right. I have gone to numerous & pizza including this one and never had a problem. Wonât ever go to them again.

Love the gluten free pizza. Hit or miss on if itâs crowded .. depending on the staff they are super friendly or not. You should prob watch them for the gluten free just to make sure proper protocol is taken.
