“The food is still good, but it's no longer the true restaurant experience. There is no waitress that comes to take your order, and you have to order your food at the counter. When your food is ready, you go pick it up at the counter, and it comes already in boxes. You basically are at a carryout now.“
“We actually love this Pizza Hut. The food is always very good and they usually get the order exactly correct. This time my pizza was incorrect but I didn't bother fixing it. Too tired... Needs more chairs for waiting and staff could be more welcoming.“
“Did not know where to go for curbside pickup. Called corporate the told me to go on to the parking lot and there would be signs with a phone number on it to call and let them know you are at the place and ready for your order...there was no signs on the parking lot. No one answered the phone when I called. I called corporate again they forwarded my call to the location, someone answered. I let them know i was on the parking lot as instructed.
In the past I would pull up along the side of the store.
The app did not provide a link to let me communicate to them that I had arrived. Also the app did not provide for me to add additional toppings so I included it in the notes section. I was surprised the additional topping were on my pizza.
They did a good job on the pizza...it was good.
Parking: For curbside service no instructions of where to park to the side of the bldg. or across the road on to the parking lot.“

She was very friendly, very helpful and went the extra mile for me by giving me paper plates, napkins, Parmesan cheese, and red pepper seed for my customer she needs to be considered for management in the next few months if she stays with Pizza Hut and definitely consider her also for pay raise.
