I live near Reisterstown plaza, but this pizza hut location, way on the east side, always makes the best pizza. Kudos to the staff and thank you for always making my pizza hut food memorable.

Half of my order was incorrect. We paid extra for pan pizza and the dough was old, so it was flat. Also the crust was not buttered before going into the pan as is instructed for pan pizza. I tried to call 4 times, no answer. I'm a rewards member and I like pizza hut but I won't be ordering anymore. This is the second time we've gotten bad dough after paying extra for pan. Come on guys, stop serving old, flat dough, and please for the love of God, pick up your phones.

Ordered 3 dinner boxes 2 hours before closing guy called all frantic having a panic attack that’s too big of an order I’m gonna need 24 hour notice.. for 6 pizzas??? Aren’t you a pizza joint ?? I’m confused I ordered food for me and my kids and a pizza for my dad and sister and I have to give 24 hour notice to get dinner for my family??? I could see 18 pizzas or something but dang

On Friday may 2nd I ordered a large cheesy bites pizza online. On pick up the service was fine, the pizza look gd. Once getting the pizza back hm on my 2nd slice of pizza I took a few bites, and a piece of hair in my mouth. I instantly pulled it out, and took a picture. My 2yrs niece was eating the pepperoni off my pizza as well, and I pulled cheese of the pepperoni for her, and there was a 2nd hair embedded into the cheese. I made a formal complaint through the website. They were supposed to send said complaint to this store. I haven't heard anything back yet.

Well, I ordered fries only to discover upon receiving my order that you were out of fries. You shouldn't have let me order them then! Please fix your ordering menu. Also, I ordered double-pepperoni on my personal pan pizza. You let me order this only to discover upon receiving my order that I only had ONE pepperoni on each slice as opposed to the abundant pepperonis I was shown on your website. The ONLY excellent thing about my delivery was the delivery man.

Food was hot. We waited over an hour for our food. No one answered the phone. We tried to even call DoorDash which was connected to it and tried to connected us and still wouldn’t work. Our driver even said there was only one person working….. ON A SATURDAY NIGHT ?!?!?!

I ordered a $22 pizza and received a $7 pizza. The store would not answer the phone when I called and hung up on me 4 times. Pizza Hut has drastically gone down hill.
I DO NOT recommend ordering from them. The people who work at these stores do not want to work.
Order pizza from this location because my son could pick it up on the way home. Order 2 pizza’s 3 sides of boneless chicken wings and chicken Alfredo. Of course one of the pizza’s were wrong when he came home. Tried calling location for over and hour and no one answered the phone. Called the number where they receive the orders and they transferred directly to the managers line at least 5 times and each time the manger would pick up and hang up. Even tried reordering the pizza to I could trade it out but they now do door dash and couldn’t trade the pizza out. This is not the first time I have received the wrong order from them but it is my last. Worse location ever wish I could give them a zero.

I had to go online to get the specials, the small pizza had 4 pepperoni on it. I waited for the order and it was just warm because the crust was not all the way done.
Very skimpy large meat lovers pan pizza. Gets worse each successive time. No bacon and even stingy with sautéed onions which cost mere pennies. Some slices had no meat

The pizza I just ordered tonight was terrible and it wasn’t even hot, it’s not like I ordered pick up it and waited a long time to get it, it was a carry out order. Furthermore it smell like weed in there, the staff has to put forth better effort when making pizza.
