I ordered a $22 pizza and received a $7 pizza. The store would not answer the phone when I called and hung up on me 4 times. Pizza Hut has drastically gone down hill.
I DO NOT recommend ordering from them. The people who work at these stores do not want to work.
Little Caesars is better.
I will not be ordering from them again.

Order pizza from this location because my son could pick it up on the way home. Order 2 pizza’s 3 sides of boneless chicken wings and chicken Alfredo. Of course one of the pizza’s were wrong when he came home. Tried calling location for over and hour and no one answered the phone. Called the number where they receive the orders and they transferred directly to the managers line at least 5 times and each time the manger would pick up and hang up. Even tried reordering the pizza to I could trade it out but they now do door dash and couldn’t trade the pizza out. This is not the first time I have received the wrong order from them but it is my last. Worse location ever wish I could give them a zero.

I had to go online to get the specials, the small pizza had 4 pepperoni on it. I waited for the order and it was just warm because the crust was not all the way done.
Very skimpy large meat lovers pan pizza. Gets worse each successive time. No bacon and even stingy with sautéed onions which cost mere pennies. Some slices had no meat

The pizza I just ordered tonight was terrible and it wasn’t even hot, it’s not like I ordered pick up it and waited a long time to get it, it was a carry out order. Furthermore it smell like weed in there, the staff has to put forth better effort when making pizza.

Went in and asked if they had any specials they told me online only. So I went online and placed my order. Got the order went home and started eating. The pizza was undercooked I’m hoping the chicken was done. Really didn’t eat much of my pasta I got but got the spicy garlic wings they were ok. But it’s been 35 mins sense I ate and I’m already in the bathroom and not feeling all to well! Came on here and looked at the reviews and let’s just say I will not go back and order from there again! I’m hoping I don’t catch food poison!

Cashier says she can’t inform me on any special. Have to go online. I said so a small /med pizza just walking in will be, she interrupted 16 bucks. Then asked about a sign in the window. And then she began to ring me up for that special, but she just said she can’t tell me and doesn’t know about any specials. It was just a weird and uncomfortable transaction. Not friendly, inviting or pleasant. I wouldn’t want anyone making my food for me with that type of energy. Let me go to Dominos or Papa John’s where the employees will tell you about the current specials and speaks when you walk in!
WHAT IS GOING ON?????? I ordered almost 2 hours ago now and no pizza has been delivered. I have called the store 7 times now and all 4 times it ring and says sorry and rings more until it hangs up! Helloooo???????????????

We actually love this Pizza Hut. The food is always very good and they usually get the order exactly correct. This time my pizza was incorrect but I didn't bother fixing it. Too tired... Needs more chairs for waiting and staff could be more welcoming.

My dad picked up our dinner box and the next day the both of us had stomach issues. When he picked up the order he saw the employees arguing and cussing over cinnamon sticks ( that come in the box). The pizza itself tasted uncooked and gooey.

So I ordered on line and it stated 15 minutes for the order to be ready. I waited 20 and when I go to pick it up they tell me it will be 10 more minutes. All they said was they have a lot of order. So if it allows me to order online and you have my information why not call and say it would be a delay. What was the purpose of me ordering online if it’s still not ready when I get there? Didn’t get my food to almost 40 minutes. Will not be returning and will not be recommending this.
Plus on a Sunday you have one person working. Is this the manager or let me guess callouts and no one wanted to come to work. Well I don’t see a now hiring sign.
Plus the parking is the worst at this location. Upon further investigation there time on there machine is off it had it stamped at 7:58 when I paid at 8:08pm.
