My family stopped here after a long rd trip! The pizza was under cooked, we sat inside as we waited spotted two mouse traps in the guest seating area. And listen as the server had two phone calls that didn't sound as if the other customers were getting the greatest of service either.

The service at this location varies. However, yesterday ( July 18th), around 6 pm, I went in for a personal pan pizza and was pleasantly surprised because Phoebe was a wonderful associate . She expressed that she would be with us shortly while servicing someone else, then she came from around the counter to bring our carryout order to us at the table. The pizza ( bque chicken) was hot and pretty good. It's still a slow service as far as preparing the food. However, it was good service! The restaurant area was fairly empty, and it normally is , I suppose, ppl normally carry out. * forgive my greasy box, and I didn't remember to review until after I ate🥴*
I recently ordered a pizza from this Pizza Hut location, and I am absolutely appalled by the experience. Upon opening the box, I discovered a COCKROACH inside. Naturally, I immediately notified the store, expecting prompt attention to such a serious issue. Instead, I was told to bring the pizza back myself, which is an unacceptable response to a situation like this.
To make matters worse, the manager was incredibly rude and unwilling to provide any assistance or solutions. I wasn’t even asking for a refund, just basic respect and acknowledgment of the problem. Unfortunately, the service here is non-existent, and the lack of care for customers is shocking.
This place is not only unhygienic but also poorly managed. Beware of ordering from here, as the cleanliness and customer service are severely lacking. Eat at your own risk.

I ordered pizza and wings for delivery and I received a message that door dash will deliver ok cool .when my food came the boxes were not taped .my boxes were open not surcure at all. The tape that is suppose to be on box the sercure it was stuck on top of box. Please remember that when you have delivery ordered remember to tape the boxes please.
