I am writing to express significant disappointment regarding a recent $100 pizza order placed for a company event. The quality of the pizza received was unacceptably poor; one item, in particular, appeared hastily assembled from mismatched pieces, with the crust noticeably incomplete, despite no special cutting instructions being provided.
This experience was highly unsatisfactory and reflects poorly on your product standards. Given the substandard quality, which raises concerns about food preparation, our company will regrettably no longer consider Pizza Hut for future catering.

This pizza hut has amazing service!! 100/10 atmosphere. Everyone is friendly and very helpful especially Jillian. The manager Ressell makes sure everyone’s food is quickly and efficiently prepared.

When I tell you, I love this location, Ressell is the BEST! She's very clean, nice and professional! Ressell makes sure your food is done properly, as you request. When I tell she gives the best customer service, I just wish more businesses could have someone, as nice as, Ressell! I don't go anywhere else, this is my go to spot and I will forever go to this location, as long as, Ressell is here!! It's just in her heart, that's your character I can tell! Ressell, is all about making her customers happy, by giving them, EXCELLENT SERVICE! Thanks again, Ressell for my daughter's and I day, every time we visit! Great customer service. Davonte took the time out to help me with the pizza hut app and T-mobile discount. I couldn't ask for better service. I wish there were more people like him. Everyone in the store was on point. The store was clean. I was greeted with a smile and immediately helped. It should be like this everywhere. Thanks Davonte for being sooo helpful.
