This Pizza Hut location is fairly new to the area and I have ordered several times. Sometimes the store is really busy. Today, it wasn't too busy. I always use the app to order and the timing was very accurate for this order. The staff were personable and professional. I ordered the Big New Yorker which has become one of my favorite pizzas. It is a winner for Pizza Hut.

The worst pan pizza I ever had my husband told him half of it to be pepperoni, jalapeños, onion, and peppers. There was like three pieces of each on it and no sauce we had said extra sauce. I couldn’t even eat it. It was awful

I placed an order and my friend came to pick it up and they didn't give him the complete order. It's an oversight on the part of the employees.

First, I placed my order to be ready for pick up at a certain time. When I realized I would be later, I tried to call the store. I tried pressing 3 for the store 10 times and never got an answer. I tried pressing 1 to get someone 3 times and they said they would connect me to the store. Each time it just rang and then disconnected. Terrible customer service. Second, because they are very light with sauce, I ordered the pizzas with extra sauce. Well, even though the receipt listed my request, the pizzas literally had no sauce. None! This is the third and last time I will throw my money away on subpar food and receiving no customer service from this restaurant.

This location never delivered my pizza, but took my credit card information and repeated the order back to me. It was a prompting system that lead me to press a number to order. It sounded like AI. When I asked was it a real person it answered yes. I had to call my bank, get a new credit card issued, cancel the businesses where my bills are automatically taken out.; go to an event starving because that was my quick dinner plans before leaving. When I called to see what happened, I was told there was no order in the system and there was nothing they could do! I was beyond annoyed!

. I ordered a large cheese pizza on the website with lite sauce and extra cheese. I didn’t mean to order carry out I wanted delivery so I called the store once and it rang several times. I then proceeded to call 6 more times with no answer on the phone after pressing #3 on the phone to speak with a store customer to change it to delivery status. With no luck my carry out order was finished anyways so I got in my car and drove to the Taylor ave location in Parkville Md. I walk in and there’s one person that’s being waited on. The phone sitting right next to the cash register. I got my pizza and went back home. Opened the pizza and it did not have lite sauce on it or extra cheese. It looked like a whole can of sauce was dumped on the pizza especially near the crust. Horrible display of customer service. I will not be ordering Pizza Hut anymore sad to say.
