I arrived at 9:04pm and it hadn’t even been made yet. No communication. Avoid this place at ALL costs. Papa John’s is better overall.

This location is EXTREMELY hit or miss! I’ve had to get refunded twice for a bad pizza or an order taking longer than 30 minutes(for one pizza).
I ordered a pizza today(8/18) that still wasn’t ready at 35 minutes…I cancelled it.
I’m breaking up with this location 🤷🏽♀️

Manipulation at its finest. Do not order. You will be ripped off eventually. Most likely on your first order. Pizza Hut was our go to place after soccer games when I was a kid. Forget it these days.
I have gotten wrong orders from this location multiple times over the last few years and let it go. Tonight, after receiving 2 of 3 pizzas I ordered incorrectly I attempted to call the store to hopefully get the correct order. I couldn’t even get anyone to answer the phone when I selected the option “Issue with your order.” Called back and selected the option to “Place an order.” SURPRISE, I got a human.
Of course nothing was resolved and we’re stuck with 2 wrong pizzas and out of $22.00 (+) tax. What was really disheartening was the incredibly well planned voice automated run around I got when I attempted to get the product I actually paid for. I mean their run around game is genius.
Food For Thought: if Pizza Hut Corp put as much effort into training their GM’s and RD’s and properly training their stores for execution they would make a lot more profit, rather than steeling money that pays their bills.

I would like to say this was the best pizza hut I've been to in a long time. I did an online order for carryout and the pizza was ready at or before the scheduled time. The two guys, Rome and Dave, were the people that were there at the time and they were great and informative about other specials they have. It was a great experience and I will definitely go to this location again.

The service here is a 1 and Gabe was the friendliest. This has to be my favorite pizza hut in Baltimore.
Seriously, I have not had Pizza Hut since I was a kid even then never really had it very often. The last couple times going to this Pizza Hut has basically been for the first time in a very long time. I don’t know if this is the norm for Pizza Hut but they are doing everything right The pizza is consistent, hot and ready and the toppings are both plentiful and fresh and I shouldn’t have to say it, but they spread things around perfectly so every slice has a little bit of what it’s supposed to. I feel like this is the Cal Ripken of Pizza Hut’s except even better because not only do they show up For every game. I’m literally struggling to remember if I’ve ever had a bad pizza from this place. If I had to pick one complaint, it would be that one time they did not have the full variety of sodas available. Literally the only thing I can think of to say bad about this place. Highly recommend downloading the Pizza Hut app. It is intuitive and fun to use. I have also already acquired and used rewards points to get free extras. Seriously I have the app just because of this location which is kicking ass.

Ordered online Family box 3 pizza square, and upon arrival for pickup was given items I did not order, ( three medium 1 topping round) When I inquired why, I was told this location is not selling those items any more, but they were happy to charge me the higher price items online and offered cheaper items without notice, Next day I called to share with store manager and was told currently manager had no time to talk, promised a call back and hung up on. Needless to say no one ever called. I will not be spending money with pizza hut anymore.

Where can I begin?I ordered online play for a pepperoni pizza.I come one time to pick up my order and it's not ready just yet. I tell them my name.They handed me a hot fox out of the warmer, I Shouldn't have trusted them handing me.A box and I came straight home to find on the Ravens game night.I have a hawaiian pizza and i'm supposed to have a pepperoni. I tried to call the line kept saying.Apparently they're unable to come to the phone I call the order line.They can't get through to them either. Not the experience I was looking for but I will be coming up to the store to get my refund.I threw that pizza in the trash. Please be the judge.Am I mistaken?Is this pepperoni look at the picture below. The next day I went to this location to discuss the situation and was told there's nothing they can do unless I bring the product back.(From last night) really... This has nothing to do with customer service wrong is wrong. And they had no intention on making it right. I got blown off.

Ordered my food online, it came quick ,but when I received it, it was cold and looked like someone messed in my food. This is not acceptable at all. The pizza was wet and stuck to the box ,and it didn't smell right. I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered this for my children ,the cinnamon sticks don't even look done. We did not eat any of it, due to how it looked and smelled.
