The food is always on point, not just the pizza. And the service is always great as well. Not to mention the delivery is fast. I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

We ordered the Christmas box. Both pizzas had an insane amount of sauce ,to the point where it is inedible. There is no crust to speak of with both pizzas. The cinnamon sticks had barely any cinnamon on them. The only things that were able to be eaten were the breadsticks and a few of the cinnamon sticks. $$$ down the drain. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT!!

This was the most friendliest best tasting Pizza Hut Ever! I actually left the one at Target to come try and see if I had better luck here and I did!! Staff is super friendly and this is the best cooked Pizza Hut! I’ve had!!

I recently visited one of your Pizza Hut locations and had one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had at your brand The staff had no knowledge of current promotions and eight customers including myself were left standing and waiting to order with no assistance. I waited for about 20 minutes without being helped and food was left sitting out of the oven. The staff appeared slow and inconsiderate showing no urgency in serving customers On top of that they are clearly understaffed with only one person actually making food while the other person was just on the phone the whole time talking to his girl or whoever he was talking to and to make matters worse none of the employees had uniforms badges gloves or name tags Overall this was extremely disappointing Pizza Hut has always been a place I have trusted for both food and service but this store failed to meet even the most basic standards I hope this matter is addressed so future customers do not have to deal with such poor service!!!

They didn’t have on gloves while cooking the manager back there wiping his sweat off his forehead. They don’t greet you . All 3 workers seen me and did nothing . When the manager finally came to the window he didn’t say anything far as a greeting. gave him my name and all he said was it’s in the oven . If u don’t like your job then quit !!!!!

I go to this store often because I work in the area. Staff has always been courteous and kind. My order is always right. I've only ever had 1 instance when the wait was longer than expected, but there was 1 person handling, phones, making pizza, web orders and the folks in the lobby area and that is the downfall. Please staff the location properly. The only reason the reviews are 1 star is because way too often there is just 1 person doing EVERYTHING! That's not a good way to keep staff or customers. It's a good location with a good product, staff it right.

Customer service is horrible and slow. 1 person working. I asked for breadstick season on my pizza which I get from every other location with no problem. He tells me he can't do that because of food cost. I requested a refund went up the street to the other location and got the same exact thing with no issues. I called customer service and inquired about it and I was told it's not against any policy of theirs and they took care of me. This is a new location at that. I see why 1 star was given.

I placed my order at 4:51pm my husband arrived at 504pm. Went inside and asked the cashier how long would the order take they proceed to say they did not receive my order. I sent my husband the order confirmation now they are saying they see it but it is not in the oven 15 mins after placing it my order was not started. The customer service is horrible, and I’m almost certain the quality of my food will be as well. I will never order again and I would like to be refunded. Huge inconvenience of having to wait 30-45 mins for a pick up order and you all aren’t even busy is crazy to me
