I am plant based vegan and always look for establishments that cater to my lifestyle. As my husband and I were walking around the harbor on our first visit to Baltimore, I was pleasantly surprised when I came across Plantbar. It's a really small cute little place that has all of my favorites....plants! The menu and list of ingredients are all visible and pretty self explanatory. In addition, I was happy to see that they have a ring binder by the register that explains the ingredients. However, the one thing I would recommend is that the staff knows if some of their ingredients (i.e. the granola) have refined sugar or not. The associate wasn't sure but I didn't hold that against her...just an observation since I always ask that question whenever I go to any vegan/plant based establishment. I ended up getting the Green Warrior juice and the Açaí bowl which I was very happy with both. I got my money's worth and felt it was reasonably priced. I will definitely put this on my Baltimore list for the future. FYI.....they are are a cashless establishment.

I hate giving low ratings. But this açaí bowl was just flavorless. It was packed with ice, not well blended to crush it either. I love açaí bowls and get them all over the country. This one fell below. But setting was nice, on the water front, and staff was friendly. Second star is for the dog water bowl out front.

This place is amazing!! The juice is top notch. We love everything on the menu. The real delight are the owners. The family that owns The juice bar is unbelievable. The are so sweet, nice and thoughtful.

The are so sweet, nice and thoughtful. The Mother, Moon, is like a grandma to our daughter Coco. We love this place and are so happy to have a healthy bar we can go to. The icing on the cake is that the juice bar is also ?‍ friendly.

Terrible spot. The employees don't know what they are even doing. I waited 50 minutes for an açaí bowl and had to remind the staff about my order. Looks like other people were waiting for over 30 minutes for their orders as well. When I finally have received my bowl after reminding the staff that I had ordered, the content of this bowl was watery and flavorless. I highly DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. Service and product were terrible, and the cherry on top is that they also take forever, even when it isn't busy.

Overall, I like this place! Good juice. I got the green warrior (photo attached) and enjoyed it. The downsides for me are the wait time (I waited about 25+ minutes for a cup of juice), and the fact that the granola is not gluten free/they don't have a GF option for their açaí bowls (this will not affect many people, but having options for those who have celiac disease or other dietary restrictions is always nice for accessibility). I wanted to add that the wait time had nothing to do with the staff member herself - she was working very hard. The problem is that she was the only one there and was navigating both online and in person orders which were flooding in. May or may not be back, depending on how busy it seems! Although I may personally go to a place with faster service and GF options :)

Twice now we have gone at noon in the middle of the week, and this location has been closed. It's unacceptable to be closed at noon on a Thursday.

Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced. They say they are open from 8AM-4PM. I walk in around 1:30 PM and the woman at the counter was helping someone and then told me she wasn't going to make me anything because she wanted to go on HER lunch break. No "sorry" no indication of when she would be done eating, no sign on the door indicating they are closed around lunch, just "no" while i was inside the establishment and she was helping someone. I honestly thought it was a joke. Disappointing because its got some great juices, but seriously?

Easily the best smoothie place in fells point. They have both smoothie bowls, juices, and smoothies, all made with fresh fruit. They are on the not-as-sweet side, compared to other smoothie places.

I would definitely not recommend doing a juice cleanse- it made me very sick! I started the cleanse Friday with the Glow water in the morning around 10, then around 1pm I had the Sweet Beet. I enjoyed both! Next, I had the Detox Lemonade around 5pm, and halfway through I started feeling really nauseous- so far I had just been drinking the juices. Then I was vomiting & had diarrhea for the rest of the evening, overnight and lasting thru Saturday afternoon. (sorry for the TMI). In short, I felt really horrible and I was not at all prepared for this being the result. I guess this is one way to get the "reset" i was looking for, just not what i had in mind lol ! !!!****** Another thing to be aware of- the Detox Lemonade has activated charcoal in it, which can interfere with birth control. There is no disclaimer anywhere about this- i never would have consumed had I known prior.**** Anyway, I just wanted to share this experience because I was very hopeful and excited but it went so wrong. I chose this particular cleanse because it is recommended for beginners- and on the website it says "fruit-based". I wonder if the high concentration of sugar levels/lack of more vegetable based drinks ultimately could have caused me to get sick? Should I have tried the juices in a different order (I could only finish 3.5 out of the 5 given per day before getting sick)? I understand it could be a variety of reasons I got sick, however I am certain it was due to the cleanse. I contacted the support team, while I did receive a response i was offered no form of refund. I am disappointed because I could not complete the entire second day, and the juices are just sitting in my fridge- it was $100 down the drain for me

Juices amazing, bowls amazing, smoothies amazing, amazing staff. However, if plant bar is closed on a certain day, they should not be able to charge my card for an online order. Get it together.

Took forever for her to make the smoothie and it was inedible. She blamed the blender! Asked for a refund- hope I get it. People behind me left it was taking so long. Very disappointed. I use to love this place. I really hope they get better staff.

Very slow service! Smoothie was tasteless, made mostly of ice only!

So… showed up on a Sunday at noon. Hours said 8-4. It was closed. Boooooo.

Haven't tried anything besides their smoothies - that being said, if I'm paying at least $10 for a smoothie, I expect both the quality and the flavor to be good at the very minimum. Instead, I got an incredibly watery tasteless smoothie. Can't confirm but the fruit didn't even taste fresh. If you're an avid smoothie drinker, you know when a smoothie is made well and is fresh - in my opinion this one didn't cut it.
