*** Edit, it looks like residents are being asked to rate the quality of their maintenance requests (always great). However, they’re being deceived into providing 5 star reviews for the building as a whole to erroneously boost the building’s rating. Incredibly on brand for the building to take the sleezy and misleading way to boost their rating and tells you everything you need to know about living here.
Building management and front office are completely apathetic to resident issues. Many longstanding issues that they’ve made little to no progress on over several years including security, valet trash (trash bags all throughout the hallways every day), mail room chaos, zero-tolerance towing enforcement from the garage, constant elevator break downs, and frequent loud unauthorized parties at the pool all summer (due to lack of security). Nobody from the building is here past 9-5 Mon-Sat. Staff do not live in the building so many systemic issues are unnoticed or have zero urgency to fix. The building manager doesn’t respond to emails or phone calls and the office staff is unprofessional and uncaring. However, the maintenance team is great. Still, live somewhere else. The building is nice and the location is great but there’s a reason that there’s constantly dozens of open units.

I had a malfunctioning lightbulb in my hall and contacted the service team via the residential portal. Maintenance tech David I (IO) Responded in a timely fashion. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and went above and beyond to ask if there was anything else he could do while in the unit. David Definitely set the standard of what a strong maintenance team should resemble.
