I had a malfunctioning lightbulb in my hall and contacted the service team via the residential portal. Maintenance tech David I (IO) Responded in a timely fashion. He was extremely courteous and efficient. He fixed the issue in a matter of minutes and went above and beyond to ask if there was anything else he could do while in the unit. David Definitely set the standard of what a strong maintenance team should resemble.
Quick shoutout to David and Jermine for fixing my broken shower and working to get me a new refrigerator when it broke! Great maintenance team, super quick to respond and very helpful!
I put in a work order and Jermaine (and crew) were there to make repairs within about an hour. Super Awesome work! We been here almost six years and have no plans to move. Great building, great staff, great neighbors. 100 🤩
