Good food. Unfortunately they have a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. They were suppose to open at 10, waited outside their truck starting at 0956, two employees seen me standing there waiting, and by 1025 they had still not opened. It wouldn't of bothered me as much, if they would of come out and addressed the situation as to why they weren't open yet, let us know a timeframe as to when it would be expected to open, but instead they let people stand out in the cold waiting. The other people waiting instead went to a different food truck. Its unfortunate that it comes down to common courtesy as the main frustration, rather than being something wrong with the food. It ultimately doesn't matter in the long run to them as a business to lose one customer, but its unfortunate that my taste is soured by the experience enough, to not go back to enjoy the food anymore.

Awesome people and mission and the food was out of this world. They were at our artisan festival in Parkton yesterday. I got the chicken stir fry with the Parisian sauce. I must have said ten times to my friends while I was eating it 'this is so good!'Toward the end of the day I ordered a chicken quesadilla with a different sauce. I didn't eat until I got home later.. I was talking with my sister while eating saying OmG this sooo good!We hope to have them back and the chef and mom and daughter are beautiful humans

Thank you, Plating Grace and Grub! Your truck was at the Gabriel Network event last night at Great Frogs Winery in Annapolis, MD. Your staff was friendly and the food was delicious! You were there early, set up and ready to go! Thank you for helping to make our event a success!

I was at Clarkville Sunflower Festival ? and saw Plating Grace and Grub Food Truck. The service was amazing and the food was soooooo delicious. With my daughter and niece, we were able to try all three main entrees with various of their phenomenal sauces. We had the chicken quesidillas with Latin chimi-sauce, the salad topped with chicken and the Asian sauce, and the shrimp Ramen noodles with parmesan garlic sauce. ? I highly recommend this food truck, please follow them.

I bought the beef and shrimp quesadilla and it was pretty good. Personally, I would use a generous amount of butter as a non-stick agent. It gives the tortillas a delicious, more even browning and crunch. Still, pretty good quesadilla.

I prefer my food not served with a side of homophobia, transphobia, hateful politics, or misogyny.
