So I really did enjoy eating their burritos. However today, I ordered today another MILD chicken burrito w/ red rice,navy beans,corn, a Lil bit of pico de gallo and the same with guacamole. What I received had wilted lettuce plus it was spicy. I don't get the putting lettuce in hot food bcuz it will be wilted 🤦🏿. So I am not happy with the burrito delivered today, Poblano.

The food at this location is decent, but I have consistently experienced issues with online orders. This is the third time it has happened, and it has become very frustrating. For example, I ordered a 12-piece chicken with 6 tenders, 6 biscuits, and family fries. When I arrived to pick it up, the staff were clearly struggling to locate my order and repeatedly asked which delivery service I had used. After explaining that I had ordered directly through the website, they were able to find it on a screenshot on a phone.
I waited while seated and did not micromanage, assuming that the staff could handle their work. When I got home, I discovered that my order was incomplete. Instead of the full 12-piece chicken with tenders and biscuits, I received only 12 tenders, 6 biscuits, and family fries. I paid $45 for the order but received what the menu lists at $29.
This situation is disappointing because large orders are intended to feed multiple people, and repeated mistakes like this create unnecessary inconvenience. While I could have checked the order more carefully or watched it being packed, I should not have to do so. The fact that this has happened three times, always with online orders, indicates a pattern that needs attention.
I would like to continue ordering from this location because the food is good and the location is convenient. However, these repeated issues with online orders make it difficult to rely on this service. I hope management takes steps to improve the accuracy and handling of online orders so that customers can receive what they paid for without added stress or wasted time.

Been here a few times and the prices are always different! Last time I got lettuce but today I was told $2 extra if I wanted the lettuce that was wilted. Got chicken last time and it tasted like it had been sitting so I thought if I tried the steak I’d be better off and it still didn’t taste fresh … the cheese doesn’t melt because none of the “hot” items are actually hot. Lady that serves the food could be nicer.

This place is trash. Those tortillas chips and taco bowls that we love are left out all night and day. The workers are very unsanitary and not very hospitable to black people. There’s a lot of eye-rolling, sighing and side-eyes when I walk in and ask questions about the food. I am a very polite person. They treat me as if I’m asking for too much to want to be informed about what I eat. I live a block away and walk past the restaurant window often and every time I see something cringe worthy. The food is always substandard. I could have sworn that the food made me sick. The restaurant is not clean. The tables are sticky and the floor is greasy. It’s a hot ass mess. I would have left a review sooner but I wanted to give it chance. The staff is very cavalier about cleaning as you can tell by the photos of their windows. If this is how they present themselves to the public just imagine what corners are being cut behind the counter and in the kitchen. At night while the place is closed I often look in and marvel at how nasty the kitchen is left as reminder never to eat there again. I had to ask my friends to look to make sure I am not hallucinating. We have seen mice running around and those taco bowls stacked up high uncovered and tortilla chips just sitting out uncovered all night. Update 12/28/24 3am I thought they had cleaned up their act but I was wrong. On my way home from the club I just happened to see this burrito just chillin rotting in the windowsill.
Good portion sizes and quick service! Prices are a little inconsistent but overall good experience!
