This is the second time that we have dined here and the first time the experience was so-so. Since we were in the area again, we thought we would give it another try and let's just say that we will not be returning. The issue was not the wait staff, it was the kitchen. Including my party, there were 16 other diners who had to wait for their food. I am not sure what was going on in the kitchen, but we arrived at 8:20 and did not receive our meal until 9:20. Which by the way was mediocre at best. Maybe it was just a bad night for the chef.

Meagan was a super waitress who provided the best customer service ever today.

Stopped in after a tour of the Enoch Pratt Library, so glad we did. Atmosphere is cozy, food was very good. Our server, Megan was great. She offered suggestions on food, drinks, and dessert. All of her suggestions were on point. I would dine here again.

Food was slow arriving. Service was slow because of the number of tables she was working. Overall, it's a hotel bar, not a restaurant. Disappointing.

I was surprised by the quality of the food. My blackened chicken with shrimp pasta was outstanding, by any restaurant's standards. And, our server, Megan, was a pleasure.

I went with four of my friends and business partners for our business lunch meeting and it was a wonderful spot the ambience was gorgeous and the noise level was none existent. We could hear ourselves speak and didn't have to scream at the top of our lungs to communicate. 10/10 recommend. The honey old bay wings are WOW !

The waitress was outright rude. I asked for a manager and one wasn't available but I wouldn't want my dog treated in that manner. Her tone, her actions and the bartender tried to assist but speak up acknowledge her wrong behavior because it affects all of you.
