Awesome little place with reliably delicious offerings. Partner gets burrito de res, I get Al pastor. Good enough we got in twice in a week—super substantial burritos still hot after our 15 minute walk back home, enough food you’ll question if you need dinner later on.

I've been to Ponchos Tacos a few times and the food is always delicious and fresh. Out of all the Mexican restaurants in Fed Hill, this is the best one in my book. Great service as well and it's convenient for take-out or fast casual dine-in.

This place is amazing. As a picky eater I have always been blown away by their food. They have never gotten an order wrong (I always make a few modifications) and they take care of you with their portions! They're always asking if I want extra this or that when I ask to remove stuff! They recently added Nachos and I was blown away by the portion size

Everything was amazing. I ordered 3 birria tacos and a chicken/cheese pápusa. My partner ordered the Taco Tuesday special of 3 tacos (steak) with rice and beans. We also ordered chips/ and guacamole to share. The food was PERFECT. Everything was flavorful and decently priced. The environment was clean and the staff were very friendly. If you’re in the Federal Hill area and want some authentic Mexican cuisine, stop by to this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. We definitely be frequent customers.

Stopped in yesterday for lunch and got the burrito with spicy beef birria and it was delicious! The burrito itself was huge and if I wasn’t so hungry I could’ve split it with my wife. Great flavor, value, and people at Poncho’s!

Steak tacos were very tough to chew and gristly. Also way over-seasoned.
I called and ordered the adobo rojo skeptically.. just because I needed a big win that Tuesday. Really it’s not a simple mexican dish to find and order in fed hill 24,000 miles from my home. Poncho’s really impressed me. I humbly had an amazing lunch that took me back to Juarez Mexico 30 years ago when my mother had cooked adobo for some relative’s wedding. Gracias Poncho’s Tacos I’ll definitely be back. David Vass

It’s good food when you can actually get service and have 15-20 minutes to wait for your order after waiting 10 minutes to order. I got completely ignored today so I walked out after standing in line 5 minutes feeling invisible.

I’ve lived in Pigtown for a year and have been ordering from tacos my whole life. PONCHOS is by far the best. Our order was missing its curtido side and Chris the Manager was amazing and drove it over before we could sit down for dinner. We LOVE this place
