The last few times i ordered food here, its been old and dried out! Like it’s been sitting under the light longer then its supposed to. And the mashed potatoes taste terrible now too. I used to be fond of this location but they have fell off badly! Hopefully this review will do the company some justice

customer service sucks. treat you like your a child. dont get order right half of the time. don’t recommend this place. talks bad about you in spanish to other workers

47$ dinner disaster. First, horrible service. The lady Broke the cup carrier before giving it to me. So instead of picking it up, she slid it out of the window. Resulting in a large fruit punch falling between the window and onto my car door. She still gives me the broken cup holder. Just replaces the drink. Second, all three meals were wrong. I don't know how hard you have to try to get 3 meals wrong when they are itemized on a screen in front of you but they did. Third, the batter on my chicken sandwiches wasn't cooked. It was a wet, doughy, greasy, disgusting mess. Fourth, the thighs which were part of 2 meals were still raw inside. Five, I could continue going but you get the picture. Please don't waste your money at this location.

Under no circumstances should anybody ever order delivery from this Popeyes via DoorDash, Uber eats etc. There was a promo for buy one get one free chicken sandwiches so I got 3x golden chicken sandwiches with added cheese and bacon and 1x ghost pepper w/ cheese and bacon, plus two sauces.

My delivery was literally just 4x generic chicken sandwiches, no cheese or bacon ($1.50 each), no ghost pepper sauce, no side sauces received. The workers here must not care at all about fulfilling orders correctly. It was a waste of money and I was already saving money…

TL;DR multiple workers straight up ignored me when I came to pick up online order
Ordered online, came in to pick it up, and the cashier asks for a name which I give her, asks to see the name on my phone but I don't have the app so I assumed they would just give me my order. Nope, the cashier just starts straight up IGNORING me and walks away, and I heard another cashier walk up and say something like 'oh is he just wasting time'. It took 5 MINUTES to get another worker's attention and ask if they had an order under my name, which of course they did and it was sitting in the very back of the table they kept complete orders on. I will never be going back to this location.

Absolute scam. They trim over half the meat off of the breast every piece in a pack over 10. Not slick.
The workers also can't comprehend a gringo speaking Spanish.
The impact on traffic cannot be ignored. I hope they close down sooner than later.

I don’t know who she thinks she was talking to The manager who is pregnant very nasty how you don’t even know how to speak correct English and you disrespectful af Keep giving out old food The food is terrible the attitude even worse they give out what they wanna give out instead of what I paid for

So I arrived yesterday evening around 9 pm to grab a quick dinner for myself and I’m waiting in the drive thru after I ordered and I observed A Roach crawling on the wall behind the person that was working the drive thru I Immediately asked for a Refund and I didn’t want the order
The workers were laughing and the guy proceeded to kill the roach with a napkin right in front of me and acted as if it was normal

Sometimes drive thru staff can't hear you through the microphone and get impatient when it takes too long to order. I've been to this location multiple times. Half the time you don't get any sauce. Idc how you treat me as long as you get the order right

The people that work there are nice... The food was pretty good ?
