Chicken was old,went back to the restaurant and the employees where rude and saying racist stuff and calling us everything but my name in Spanish. Next time you think about doing that remember just because someone may not be Hispanic doesn't mean they dont speak the language especially when its the second most spoken language in the country.I am fluent in spanish and you have chose the wrong one to be thinking they don't understand what you are saying amongst yourselves and to customers in Spanish.I will be contacting corporate and have your names because its unacceptable especially when I was being respectful and just wanted a refund because the chicken was old and tasted like it had spoiled. Disgusting behavior.

It is extremely difficult to order here. Most of the staff do not understand or speak English. The food was decent, but the language barrier needs to be addressed by management. I will stick to a different location.

I will be contacting corporate as soon as possible. Everyone at this Popeyes should be fired or retrained. I went to pull the door at 9:08pm the doors were locked when a customer in the store came out the worker came to the door unlocked the door for the customer to exit. I asked the worker why are the doors locked she explained that they close the dining area at 9p I said no you’re supposed to close at 10p I then asked for a manager. She explained that she was the manager I asked for her name she did not give her name. Another customer that was outside trying to get inside the restaurant as well said that she was going to call corporate the worker started cussing stating that we can call whomever we want. This type of attitude is unacceptable and something needs to be done. Change the hours to close at 9pm instead of 10p to avoid all of this confusing

Be careful... Got chicken today and it was undone... The manager was very unprofessional...he was trying to take the chicken back from us before he gave us a replacement... we asked for our money back and then gave us the chicken... Got home and the second box of chicken was undone.

Ordered the 2 chicken sandwiches special, the meal was 10.00 but I was charged 14.00 on a 10.00 meal. Tried to get n explanation as to why. 1st it was a bunch of non English speaking staff and all they wanted to was refund my money when I just wanted an explanation as to why. Second time this month I drove through after work and got this WORST selection of fast food. Last time my chicken was dry and cold this time my popcorn shrimp was nothing but crisps of fried nothing and hard rice in my red beans and rice. $12 to Popeyes for nothing. Don’t go if you’d rather save your money. Not sure what happened at this location but they used to be way more consistent and reliable.

2nd day in a row where I got nasty old food. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich yesterday and it was ice cold and I did receive the biscuit I ordered so I made a customer service complaint to see if would change anything but it did nothing!!! Went today and specifically asked for a fresh sandwich and they smirked at each other I stood back and watched them and all they did was take the same old hard chicken sandwich and put it in the microwave and then proceeded to forget to give me my mashed potatoes that I ordered. This Popeyes is old dark and dirty and I’m definitely never returning to that location ever again

I LOVE Popeyes, but this is the WORST location I have ever been too. I love Popeyes so much that I have given this place multiple tries and they mess it up every single time. Every time I’ve been here the service is terrible, missing items, and the actual product isn’t even that good. Do your self a favor and go somewhere else. This place is bad.

Chicken was hot and delicious and biscuits were good. However, I didn't check my order (was in drive through) and was mad at myself; the large side of mac-n-cheese never made it to my bag. I live too far, so didn't call to complain. Otherwise, its a great location.
