I ordered almost 40 dollars for food that was under cooked. The flounder sandwich should have been non spicy and not soggy. I gave the food to my elderly parent without knowing, it's spicy. Missing a strawberry biscuit in the bag that was ordered. So not worth ordering here. Also not as clean as the others stores.

I ask for a 3 piece chicken dinner breast , leg , thigh they gave me 2 legs and thigh and forgot to give me my extra biscuit that I pay foron the ticket it said thigh, leg , wing I told and showed the server the ticket and told him it was wrong he lookedin the box and said it's correct I saida chicken breast is in there he said yes NOT! I had to wait for about 10 minutes and they still got it wrong and they didn't have utensils for us to eat our sides no napkins ugh I can't I'm done I couldn't take it back I was on my way to work Eastside only good thing was the chicken was fresh.

The service at this location was great, the team was efficient. they seem to be under new management because the team has gotten way better. The food was hot and fresh and I was given condiments. The store is very cozy and I also sensed that from the team, would be revisiting this store!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. As we walked in there's a young guy sitting in the doorway asking people for money as they walked in. Service is slow. It just seemed the moral was horrible here. And after all of that I got sick from the food! I will never be going back to this Popeyes!

Had a rude and disrespectful employee first she kept wiping her hands on her clothes nasty then got and attitude when I request someone else handle my food she was loud rude and the manager stood right there and allowed it to escalate I'm a manager at another fast food chain my experience was unacceptable and I'm going to continue to call write and respond negatively until I get results my patronage pays her paycheck maybe someone need to remind her the customer is importantParking: My issue not about parking.

The food was good. An employee(the cook) was very pleasant & helpful packing orders. Helping the front end catch up. The outside needs some flare though. You don't even know POPEYES is located there. No signs to bring the customers in.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheel chair entry.

They first forgot a sandwhich from my order also gave wrong sauce for tender. I go back to get the sandwhich that was forgotten and all they did was put a tender or a piece of a breast in it not the chicken sandwhich that its suppose to be. Just horrible service and food.
