I've been coming here like forever, since they new people take over ,,,,they haven't been the same,,the chicken sets all day under the heater that doesn't keep the chicken hot ,,,the tenders chicken tenders set all day as well ,,and it's rarely customers coming here like they use to back in the days,and they be messing up people's orders, so we like our chicken straight out the hot cooking oil/grease,,,,deep fryer, they get mad when you ask if they can give us some hot chicken out the deep fryer or hot chicken twnders,,,I don't understand, why ain't nobody noticing how the new people an the owners aren't keeping an eye on the new employees that's serving our food we're paying for cause I'm gonna go to the mayor's and councilmen downtown,,,,it makes no sense they get away with this

As a dine-in guest and Uber Eats driver visiting this location, it’s very clear the Hispanic staff are favoring Hispanic people and Spanish speakers. As an Uber driver, I will wait in line for them to ask the customer name. A Spanish speaker will come in and shoutout their order in Spanish, and boom they get the order immediately. Another guest and I witnessed this on 3/25 around 7:35pm. The staff speaks Spanish until they are ready to talk to you, and that is very off putting. I would say 2-3 of my rights as an American were infringed during my visit. It’s upsetting to see this Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen location in this state.

To start, first of all, the horrible customer service, the guy who took my order didn't even listen to what I was saying, he gave me the wrong drink, I asked for Frozen lemons, strawberry, and he literally gave me strawberry water, that's what I knew, it wasn't even ice cold, and the food I ordered was Mac and cheese. and they tasted disgusting, seriously they should improve that place in terms of the excellent food, everything quickly, but when it was my turn to give me the drink, the cashier and the cooks started playing, they hadn't even poured me the disgusting drink that they gave me at the end.
Too bad service. They make mistakes all the time. Those children who work there are missing a lot and they give orders too arrogantly.

Came here to place an order they had the dining room closed 2 hours early, they told me drive through only. So you mean to tell me for the last 2 hours there’s no carry out yeah that’s crazy…. If anyone sees this Popeyes on orleans st ( about 2 miles away from here ) will gladly take your order they like money and have great service

This place messed up our order. I ordered a 12 piece spicy chicken box with 2 sides and biscuits and a spicy chicken sandwich with fries. Right there in the parking lot I realized they gave me a small mashed potato instead of my fries, so I go back to the window. I say I have no fries and they ask whats in my bag, then specifically asked for the small mashed potatoes. So right there she knew she had given me the wrong item.Once I got home and opened the box of chicken, I realized they gave me only 9 pieces of regular chicken when I paid for 12 pieces of spicy. Will never be going back here and I encourage anyone going to this location check EVERY thing about your order before you leave, but be prepared to deal with attitude once you confront them about their mistakes.

I ordered over the app. When I got to the window to check my order, I was missing some things and some of my sauces so when I asked the person at the window, could I have my missing items and my sauces I was told I had to wait for her to check the camera so to pull over I pulled over to the side got out of my car and went into the store after waiting in my car for almost 20 minutes and no one came out and was told again I have to wait for her to check the cameras just for her to continue helping other customers and not check the cameras. She finally eventually gave me my missing items and sauces, but never spoke to me just threw them on the counter, when I asked the other gentleman that was working with he’s a manager and he said yes he is but she is one. Also they are rude. They will not speak to you and they are racist. As like a black person is asking them anything they huff and puff I have already reported them to corporate twice so this will be my last time going to that Popeyes, don’t work in customer service industry. If you’re not gonna have good customer service and I will also be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
Cashier didn't give correct change and refused to cashout and count the register.. Management refused as well. Ultimately had to file a claim with corporate and was given a voucher that was less than what I should have received.
