Went at the drive thru at night September 1st 11pm shift, had to go around twice until the lady got my order right

I was treated very kindly, and the staff let me know exactly how long my order would take. The wait time was accurate, and when I received my food it was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. I really appreciated the friendly service and I would definitely come back again.

At this predominantly Hispanic establiishment, The manager Debra who couldn’t be identified as such because she didn’t have on a badge sarcastically told me as of today she couldn’t substitute the two breast that I don’t eat for thighs. After a long day at work, the last thing I want to hear is sarcasm when I choose to support an establishment. I been stopped coming here because usually, they’ll have someone on the drive- thru intercom acting like they can’t understand English and would keep asking me to repeat myself. Also, they’d tell me that I couldn’t use the coupons in the app for this location and now that I was able to, it was another issue. Poor customer service!!!! Do better!!!!

I went last night around 11:40 they told me they don’t have anything which is crazy because yall not close why y’all don’t have anything to sell the customers ?’ I’m always having trouble every time I go never a time I went they got everything correct or service was good ! -0/10 I would not recommend

I am satisfied with the service provided, my food was fresh and delicious and the place was clean. We visited it with my family very often and what I have to say is how people of color treat the cashiers of this place, when we come they fight over sauces, and they talk to them in a very ugly way.
