I was told by the manager that they do not do made to other sandwiches. My question when did that stop?

Orders uber order was completely someone else’s after tipping I’ve noticed and had to drive to get my order corrected. Waiting 15+ minutes got the order watch her make mine and another and come home still completely wrong.

I’m honestly convinced the only reason they have 3 stars is because of the employees 🤣

On November 4, 2024, around 3:30 pm, I went to pick up an order from Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen at 5002 Sinclair Ln, Baltimore, MD 21206. I informed a staff member, a Black man, that I was picking up a DoorDash order for XXX, showing him the details on my phone. He relayed the order to another team member, and I joined about 4-5 other customers waiting patiently. As time passed, one by one, other customers received their orders and left, while new ones arrived. After a while, I kindly reminded one of the employees about my order status. He gestured vaguely toward another employee, saying she was handling it. I noticed one person was packing food, so I waited as she prepared and handed over an order — but it went to a customer who had just arrived. I then realized I had been waiting for over 30 minutes. Other customers continued to come and go, yet no one addressed my order. The original staff member, who knew I had been waiting, was casually chatting and laughing with others. Finally, I spoke up and asked him loudly if my order was ready. Only then did he hand me my order. This experience left me dissatisfied, and I don’t plan on visiting this Popeyes location again. When I checked the store’s online rating, I noticed it was quite low — unsurprisingly. A door dash driver

Liked whether I ordered. The food was delicious and the chicken was as I wanted. Staff were helpful with me ordering food!

Now we all know you go to Popeyes for the food and ignore the customer service. Granted, this being said, I still expect my food to be handled with gloves. This would have been alright if when I asked the cashier for a new batch of fries, that this was done without an attitude or condescending remarks. Fortunately enough another worker was present and was able to handle my food wearing gloves. Remember, asking strangers to wear gloves as they make your food is a valid request ✅.

Why are the blackened tenders never ready or in stock. If I pay for the option prior to coming its a little ridiculous to have to wait a half an hour for them to be prepared or told that I have to order something else, I wouldn't have come if that were the case.

I ordered the bone in chicken. What I got was tiny bits of chicken drenched in sauce or sauce with a touch of bits of chicken. I literally had to wash off the sauce from the “chicken”. Thank you for reminding me why I started making my own food again.

This Popeyes is trash!! They never have frozen lemonade or whatever else they advertise on window, please change the management there. Such terrible service, thanks but no thanks!
