I was thoroughly impressed with how fast my order was ready until I got home to sit down and enjoy. The food (fries & tenders) were cold (live 3 mins). Lemonade with no ice tasted like water. And the 6 piece buffalo wings had wings with buffalo powder sprinkled on top. So only the top wings had powder not the bottom (besides the fact we expected buffalo wing sauce and not powder, oh that’s right …. Rub! Check your food before you pull off and YES sip your drink as well!

worst fast food place ive ever been too. took 40 minutes to get 2 sandwhiches and a cup of mac and cheese. watched the employee pick up my ticket three seperate times put it down and then do something else. People were ordering 15 minutes after me and getting their food first. the employees had 0 customer service too

this popeyes is honestly good in taste wise, but everything else is ridiculous horrible. the customer service with the lady with the short cut hair that normally be at the registered, she’s normally polite. the wait time just for you to get your food is definitely is over 30 minutes, most of the workers doesn’t prep orders in the order it should be so it takes longer because they’re confused and when you do get your food items still be missing or wrong.

I went there to eat in and this tall dark skin girl, look like she's between the age of 22 and 25. She was the cashier that waited on me. I made my order and she took it with no problem. When I ask her for a tray, she ignored me and walked away. This is not the first time I asked her a question and she just walked away. She loves to ignore people. So Very unprofessional. The attutude is bad. I asked the other lady do she have a tray and she said they don't have trays any more but there were orange trays laying around everywhere. Stay away from this popeyes because too many employee there that don't care and lie. I also ask the tall dark skin girl that look like she was 22 or 25, how much for a refill and she said no refills. I never went to a restaurant that don't have refills. Do go here. Boycott the place.

Ordered 6 wings original. Ended up getting 6 wingets with ghost pepper, not what I ordered. Saw. the cook picking his nose Then he wiped it on his apron. Your food is just nasty Bad experience, no more Popeye's for me

If no stars was an option that would be it. I received my red beans and rice with a feather in it.

I Iike this place when the staff are the older Caribbean employees. They be on point and mindful. However, the younger staff don’t pay attention as much as they should. They first didn’t give me the required quantity of sauce. Then I had to come back because I was TEN pieces of chicken short. Yall I came back and all I got was eye rolls. And then the receptionist who rolled her eyes dropped my receipt out the window and didn’t even apologize. Mad at me because I want what I paid for 😫
