I visited for the first time ever. Order was easily placed. Was charged a different price at the register than what was on the menu board. The staff was kind. Food was great, will be back!

7:50, 10 mins before closing. Just say you don’t want to make a milkshake.. instead say “we ain’t got no milk” and as a leave 7:51p they lock the door. Posted closing time is 8pm
Just annoying and weird places still operate like this, I didn’t schedule you to close sis!

Food was over priced and had little on the sandwiches. I paid over $30 just for 2 sandwiches ( original size not the big one ) and a " bowl" of loaded potato soup. The "bowl" size was more like a cup size. The BTLA sandwich didnt have the tomato on it like its supposed to, very little lettuce and one slice of avocado.

I ordered a big sandwich and only got half a sandwich. Have tried calling this store multiple times to try to get this situation fixed and no one will answer the phone. $13 for half a sandwich is ridiculous.

Store manager was very understanding and accommodating. I had a meeting move up an hour and the website wouldn't let me edit my order. I drove in an hour early to see if he could help me out and have the order ready early and started on it right away.

The subs are good but dont like that it says 8min waist tops lies last time I went I was in line for 17minutes then they had the nerve to try to rush you and have an attitude when you want to customize your service. I was so annoyed ended up 25mins late to work because I trusted there 8min sign I have never gotten my order made and ready in 8 minutes they need to take the sign down and work on customer service your employees are rude.
