Excellent subs
I've visited this location several times since working nearby.
I've even joined their customer club and earn free/ discounted items.
Their online ordering system works super well. The employees are always pleasant when I arrive.
My order is always 100% accurate !!
I'll be back over, and over, and over, again !!

The people behind the counter are rude ! My co- worker was explaining that she gets a pickle with every sandwich. The fat white chick cashier wanted to argue and continue to challenge what my co- worker was saying . My tuna sandwich was sooo nasty I threw it in the trash ?️. I added bacon and that tastes like wood . The pickle I bought taste old , $12 wasted never again . Should’ve went to Dunkin Donuts !

It reminds me of Subway but with MUCH BETTER quality sandwiches. I highly recommend the Steakhouse Beef. 4 stars on atmosphere because I think the place could use a little tlc. Service is kind, friendly, professional. Food is good to awesome.

The Manger has a major attitude. she didnt wanna answer any of my wife’s questions when we asked to speak to the manager she snapped back with “I am the General Manager”and “the menu is UP THERE” . We just left and won’t be

Stopped in and had a pick two, a half chicken club and a cup of chili. The chili had a good taste but for me it could have had more substance, beans on meat…it was on the soupy side. The Sandwich was good, fresh deli meat, they have an option for skinny bread if you want to step back on the carb intake. At $10 a good price point, especially in a city environment.
Service by the girl with green/colorful braids has HORRIBLE customer service while providing toppings to orders. The tall light skinned guy was very courteous and when asked for an extra (that was going to be paid for) she interrupts him and says "You can't put that on a sandwich, you can only use those", and points to the board, which was corrected by another employee stating that the customer can put the extra item on it. She rolls her eyes and says "Oh, I ain't know", instead of apologizing to the customer then rolls her eyes. It was strange because the guy put everything I asked for on my sandwich but the girl (with green/colorful braids) kept putting my friend's toppings on the side for some reason instead of on it which was requested. When asked to put it on the sandwich she lifted the items and said "They right here on the side, It don't go on the sandwich" and rolls her eyes again. No matter what day or time the girl with the braids is working, she always seem to have an attitude. Maybe she hates her station? When I left, others were also talking about her attitude outside, so at least I can't take it personal

Dear corporate:I had an awesome chicken salad sammich made by the two crew. Excellent service with smiles.However, you are slowly cooking those two employees by not fixing the air conditioning. I'd like to sit down and eat my lunch, but, it's just too damn hot in that store. The employees mentioned the A/C issue has been brought up to management, but has not been remedied.I bet your corporate office is nice and air conditioned. These human employees deserve the same.

Worst sandwich ever. I assumed she was the Manager ( heavyset white lady). She wasn't welcome, but she came up front so fast to make our sandwiches. I ordered the wreck, she put 1 thin slice of each meat on the sub roll. My bread was hard and burnt around the edges. I started liking Potbelly sandwiches but now, that woman ruined for me and my daughter. If you want a good lunch meat sandwich or sub don't go to that Potbelly. Now it explains why there never busy.

It’s a no for me. The food is greasy, the customer service is terrible. They need to retrain 90% of their staff. Got my order wrong a couple of times…no thanks even when it’s convenient.
