Honestly you're better off going this Subway.... extremely poor customer service...

I am a customer for 11 years, I saw many employees in the restaurant and the last time, I went to my son and my service dog but No good customer service, the cashier confused the order the my son(6 years old ) I tell she no spicy sauce because in 3 times I order for door dash and I said mustard, but they have 2 different types “ 3 day ago I know what it is the problem. In the wall menu don’t say YELLOW MUSTARD but I TELL THE LADY NO SPICY AND SHE MADE THE SANDWICH. When I bring to my little boy the sandwich He say mommy the mustard is brown, and I bring the sandwich to she, and she said ohhhh why have just this mustard spicy! But I tell she 3 times is for kid! This the reason the manager need change the wall menu please! For no confusion to the customers! I miss the other team!

Did an Uber Eats order for a chicken salad salad and the sent the oldest salad in the refrigerator. Lettuce and cucumbers are slimy and the chicken salad smells old and of course no answer on the phone

One of my favorite restaurants to eat out on weekends. Staff are super friendly and helpful.

We were in Baltimore this weekend for the Bruce Springsteen concert and made a stop at Potbelly’s for lunch on Sat 9/14. We no longer have one near us in PA and I love their chicken salad sandwiches with hot peppers! The service was excellent, especially Erica the sandwich maker who helped my 2 sons, husband and I with our orders. She also made sure we received our free kids meal for my 11 year old since kids under 12 eat free on weekends. We highly recommend this Potbelly location and commend Erica and the whole team for their amazing service!!

The truth is, the people here who serve you just don't help you, they don't do their job well, if they want to have a good review, they should change the staff there, a girl with glasses who today, Saturday, didn't give me the option of anything.

I always use active menus to order the best sandwiches from Pot Belly to take into Orioles games. Love active menus and pot belly!

Went to baltimore for vacay. This place did not dissapoint. The meat was fresh, the veggies crisp, not soggy and the bread was fresh. Will deff go again when i visit

Pitiful... I'm having stomach issues currently so I have to be careful about what I eat. I ordered a Swiss cheese sandwich. Simple right, almost impossible to screw up. Not for Potbelly. I received a 6" sub roll with 1, yes 1 measly peice of cheese, total fail!

Everyone has attitude not friendly dirty outside and inside food was horrible 1 slice meat on a whole sandwich a joke never again

Trash service manager just tells you what you want to hear. I ordered at this location 2/5/2024. Left a review was contacted by the store manager. Manager asked for my address to send me gift cards. Never received them. Store is full of rude young kids who don't know how to make sandwiches. Play on their phones while you are placing your order. Then make your order incorrect.

This place is great in the neighborhood but the order I paid didn’t turn out right. I ordered a meal with comes with a soup but go home realized they didn’t give me the soup. I don’t want to complain because if I come back for soup they might spitting on it.

Food is good but customer service is horrible all three ladies working there had a problem with me asking simple questions because it was my first time there

I've been coming here for many years. Never had any problems. At this location.
