We were in town for a Tree Care Industry trade show at the Baltimore Convention Center, and hosted a HUGE party at Power Plant Live! It was the ultimate venue for our 1,000+ guests, and we took over Luckie's, PBR and the alley to hold a climbing competition. Rachel, the venue coordinator, was exceptional throughout the entire process, and made sure our party went off without a hitch. The Power Plant Live staff and team were great to work with — always professional, going above and beyond to assist, and seemed to truly enjoy their jobs. Everything was customizable to our needs, and they had wonderful local vendor recommendations for services they didn't provide in house.
As someone planning this corporate party from afar and in a short time frame, I couldn't have been happier with the service I received and the party we threw! I would highly recommend hosting your corporate / trade show parties here — it really is the perfect spot!
Good for a safe night out in Baltimore. Open late. Would recommend!
Nice organized place for live concerts
I went to see an edm show. I showed my ticket and was allowed reentry and given a stamp. I went outside the venue for fresh air and to grab a hand fan out of my car. When I returned I was denied entry. When I asked why I was not given a reason and simply told "I was told not to let you back in) and tried to argue and figure out what happened for over an hour in 20 degree weather in gym shorts and a Hawaiian shirt and ended up crying and pubicly embarrassing myself. I repeatedly asked if i offended, touched harassed someone or was untoward or belligerent in any way and implored them for if any reason to tell me so that I knew for next time what not to do yet they refused to give me an answer.
I'm usually not someone to play race card but after discussing it with friends and reading similar reviews I shockingly realized this may have been a factor as they seem to have a history of this type of behavior.
So this was my first time at the Power Plant. A group of 🏳️🌈us came for happy hour/ karaoke. We were at the Bait Beer Garden. Now Friday night was very cold and you would think that the establishment would want their customers to be comfortable with dining and enjoying the entertainment. That was far from the truth. Everyone even the staff were walking around with hayt and coats on as they were serving you. That doesn't give comfortable to me. If your staff isn't comfortable then they cannot efficiently service your guess properly. So myself and another customer sitting at the bar. Ordered the same thing chicken strips and fries. When our food arrived being delivered by your waitress in a coat and hat. Our food was just as cold as she was. I put in a request of the bartenders to go and get the manager for me. Ms Adriana the manager that was there Friday night cam. Her body language spoke volumes to us. I ask Ms Adrian does she not see how her customers and her staff are so uncomfortable in this environment. Can she possibly close the front doors and turn the heat on. She looked at me with this smug look with a drink in her hand and says. "The heat is on and I cannot control it. It's completely out of my power I'm sorry" I said I understand you're telling me it's on but it's evident to your customers and your staff that it's not enough it's insufficient for the weather we're having tonight and the door is closed. And I said then where is the consistent cold wind coming from, maybe from the kitchen where my cold food came out of. She walks away as tho I was bothering her. The DJ kept hyper drink make sure you get your drinks. Take care of your bartenders and they're going to take care of you.! To keep his spot he is going to promote drunkenness because drunk people are unaware of unacceptable customer service and deplorable environments. This establishment gets nothing else from me.
More specifically, the Angel stock Bar was an awesome place for a preparty before Bumpin Uglies sold out show at Baltimore Soundstage
Great place and its right across the street from Baltimore's BEST Art Gallery! The Gallery About Nothing!!!
Nice multi-use space. Great area to meet-up. We-work type vibe.
Conveniently downtown, but outside, so weather permitting it'll be a good time. Sound could use a fine tuning.
Fun place for a few drinks...

Killer time and didn't feel like I was gonna get robbed..
I love the area, definitely gives the vibe of "the happening spot." It was a little bought when we went out on a Friday night but it's all good. Good times were had here!!! I would recommend and you again.
