About Pratt Street Ale House

Pratt Street Ale House is a cozy cellar bar with a welcoming atmosphere, offering a variety of delicious beers and eclectic decor. The crab dip pretzel remains a standout, with its creamy and flavorful presentation. The restaurant serves satisfying ale house-style food, including Brussels sprouts, in generous portions. With a great location near concert and game venues, it's an ideal spot to grab a bite after an event.

The restaurant receives praise for its excellent service, with attentive servers who keep drinks filled and plates cleared. Ky, possibly the manager, is noted for being exceptional, helping customers find a table and ensuring they have a good experience. The pub-style food, including wings, burgers, and a chicken sandwich, is well-received, and the mini crab cakes and chicken wings are particularly popular. While the smash burger is flavorful, some customers have mentioned the limited menu, noting that some dishes, like the Italian hot cut, are no longer available.

Although the food is generally good, there have been some complaints about certain dishes, such as the salmon and vegetables, which had a pre-frozen taste. The French fries were also reported to be cold. However, the restaurant's proximity to the nearby CFG Arena makes it a convenient choice for concertgoers and sports fans, and many customers express a desire to return.

Faster service instead of waiting 15min to be helped. server didn't introduce himself either

It sucked. Crappy food, lousy service, rude staff.

Table of four, two adults & two adolescents. After orioles day game on a weekend but not busy. Had shotty service, dirty table and settings, no ketchup in the bottles on any of the tables that were ours or around us. And to top it off when we got our check there was an automatic gratuity charge of 20% added to the bill! That’s no longer gratuity, that’s a service charge that was not advertised! That will be the last time we go to Pratt Street Ale House.
