Prime Pizza and Fried Chicken

The level of customer care was excellent. I had issues ordering a special from Door Dash so I called and they fixed it right away, we're very professional and caring on the phone. The food was very good, the fries are AMAZING! Highly recommend and will definitely will be a returning customer!

Ordered cheesesteak combo meat was dry unseasoned no salt pepper nothing just heat bread toasted too long cheese did not melt a waste of 31.00 good amount of fries

This was the nastiest food that I’ve had in a very long time. I am extremely upset because food is too expensive for them to sell anyone this mess. Plus, I was starving and there’s no saving it! The mac and cheese was disgusting. It doesn’t tastes like mac and cheese at all. I brought it home and added cheese, but it didn’t help the flavor whatsoever. The collard greens had no flavor and I had to add vinegar and hot sauce and still couldn’t save them. The lake trout was ok, but the batter is questionable. They might have ok food, but don’t get what I ordered. You will be disappointed.

First time here tonight and simply disappointed. The service was fast. Thats about the best part. The pizza had little to no sauce, except one bite that was overloaded with it. There's no seasoning or flavor to the sauce or the pepperoni. Overloaded with cheap cheese that also had zero flavor. Just tasted like cheap ingredients slapped together and heated until it melted. I doubt I'll go out of my way to give this place a second chance.

I’m sadden that their customers service was applauding. I called them about my wing dings as in my picture it’s very little, barely meat on them , meat was hard and it’s not even wing dings . Their response was not a sorry ma’am , it was don’t buy anything from here anymore then . Prime Pizza is not the old owners anymore. People save your money because it’s not worth it from this business. Basically my money is pennies in your barrel and this business will never see my pennies . Yall keep your pennies!!!!
