Dining at this restaurant was a memorable experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and delicious culinary adventure. Be aware, it's a BYOB restaurant.

Incredible, unassuming Peruvian restaurant in Baltimore! We did the weeknight tasting menu and loved all 5 courses, particularly the ceviche and anticucho. Highly recommend bringing your own pisco like we did as they’ll make you pisco sours. Will definitely be back!

Puerto 511 Cocina Peruana was fantastic. Casual, colorful vibe with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The Peruvian dishes were fresh, flavorful, and authentic — especially the ceviche and roasted chicken. Service was attentive and warm. Perfect spot for a relaxed meal with bold, tasty flavors.

Make a reservation, bring a bottle of wine and enjoy some absolutely incredible food. We did the 6 course on a Friday and it was a wonderful experience. Each dish was magnificently prepared and tasted so good.

I cannot recommend this place enough.

Michelin star presentation and flavors. They allow you to bring your own bottles for very cheap fee. The food is just amazing. 7 courses set menu for 75 bucks on the weekends and 5 courses for 59 bucks on Tuesday and Wednesday. Best Peruvian place I have been to. Best restaurant in Baltimore. Don’t even bother thinking about it, just make the reservation. Get uber (or Tesla robotaxi) to get there and bring one bottle of Chardonnay and one bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon or Malbec.

Amazing!

Four of us went there last night, after having an I edible experience there a year ago. I was so disappointed this time around. Instead of savoring each bite, I found myself struggling to just get through each course. Why? For one thing, the texture was identical - mostly mushy. In my previous experience there, each bite was a burst of assorted textures and flavors. While the ingredients were very fresh, it seemed to me that each course was assembled in the kitchen without thought. The high point was very fresh fish which was delicious, but my overwhelming feeling about the entire experience was disappointment.on

One point I must note is that our food restrictions were strictly observed and for that I was grateful.
