The service was slow. I don't want a five course meal that takes 20 minutes between courses. The food was good but not great

The food was delicious! Not super pricey for a prefixed menu. Very small place that is reservation only, but definitely worth a try

My wife and I drove up to Baltimore to tour the Peruvian Navy tall ship B.A.P. Union docked on Light Street. Afterwards we found this restaurant via simple phone search and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. We did not know they require a reservation when we showed up at the door but they were kind enough to find us a spot. Thanks to Chef Jose and his crew for a delightful evening.

Very good place, delicious food, the only thing I can say about it is that the place is very small and the music is quite boring, the wait is long for each dish but the taste is exquisite.

Loved it! Had a great time. Its small and intimate, and I highly recommend bringing a bottle of pisco so they can make you a great pisco sour!

I visited this restaurant on a Tuesday night, looking forward to enjoying some good ceviche in Baltimore. To my surprise, they were only offering a 5-course menu, which wasn’t mentioned on their website. Despite not having a reservation, the staff was incredibly accommodating, and the waitress kindly found a table for two. This small yet popular restaurant was almost full, adding to the lively ambiance.I used to have classic ceviche catered by the Peruvian embassy. As a first-time Tiradito taster, I found the texture average and sauce a bit too salty, though the sweet potato was delightful. The shrimp dish was nice, but the accompanying onions had an unexpected fishy taste. It would be great if the kitchen could use separate boards for vegs and raw fish/meat to avoid such flavors mixing. My party enjoyed the beef dish, I personally found it a little bit overcooked. The dessert was a highlight – my preference would be to replace the sprouts with a mint leaf for a more harmonious presentation. Also, the purple corn beverage was a pleasant discovery and complemented the meal well.Appreciate the staff’s efforts and look forward to seeing how this restaurant continues to evolve

Was in town for a conference. We unknowingly walked here from the Hilton. Listen, I'm from NYC & telling you to drive or Uber here! The neighborhood is very mixy to say the least! Additionally, I've never had to ring a door bell for a restaurant, they are OPEN. We had a GREAT experience & tasting menu for $55/pp. What an awesome deal! Also, they are BYOB. Every dish was delicious! The ceviche was bangin, lomo saltado was actually tender & not chewy, the crispy churro dessert & mix of flavors w/ the guanabana ice cream. Don't bother trying to cut the churro, lol. This really should be 4.5 stars but ya know Yelp doesn't allow for that. However, I had to drop the star because we kinda waited long at certain points. Totally understandable since I saw the staff with all hands on deck (yes, even the chef)! I'm sure they are at a point where they are busy enough to stay open but not quite to hire more staff. I get it, but can't award 5 stars when it's not completely perfect. PLEASE GO HERE ASAP! I'm so happy we decided to come to this small spot with amazing food! Take my tips about driving there & make sure you have about 2-2 1/2 hrs to dine; which I LOVE. I'm so used to being kicked out asap in NYC, it was soooo nice to have the plates come out perfectly spaced out while enjoying a good conversation! Thank you for having us!
