Ordered the carne asada platter. Piece of steak was really thick and chewy, had to discard pieces of gristle. No sauces provided, very dry... Rice was bland and hard, and there was barely a thin paste of beans.

Ordered through Ubereats, the food arrived as if it were cooked seconds ago. Hot and delicious! We got an assortment of pupusas: revuelta, pollo con queso, pupusas de birria, revuelta con loroco. Oh my god. Delicious. Truly could not pick a favorite, they were all so good. They had vegetarian options as well, we just didn’t order those. I’d suggest ordering Crema as well, it was a delicious addition to the curtido and salsa that comes with them. The curtido (or cabbage slaw) by the way was yummy on its own. We also got horchata and it was just perfect. Overall so so good and I will definitely be ordering again as well as hopefully visiting in person.

Every time I order from there they always forget to put something in the tortillas or drinks and when you call to complain all they do is laugh they have terrible service
Apparently, you can not place an order or get any type of information unless you speak Spanish in this restaurant that’s what I was being told on the phone. It was getting hung up on every time I tried calling and get some1 on the phone that speaks English respectfully but no and on third time the guy told me this is Spanish restaurant only speak Spanish!!! Please make it make sence !!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!

On Saturday I order an order of 3 pupusas and in the middle of the meal this appears, okay, the same day I couldn't speak because my work prevented me from doing so but anyway I said I will speak the next day I speak the next day, Sunday and I tell the person who answered me that I want to talk to the owner, manager, of the kitchen since it is a matter that you cannot solve and she told me that she was not there but could she explain to me what she needs, well and I told her my case since a hair appeared in my food and He told me who the order was from and what time he placed it, I told him that my name and what time I placed it, the 24-hour period had not yet been met, and he told me that in this case the food or a refund could not be made anymore. It was another day, but and I replied that, this is absurd, but hey, it was the 3rd time buying in this place and the last time too.
