I been frequenting this place for about 5 years. ALL of the locations have gone down in customer experience. We have to bag our own items, but there’s a tip jar?! How does that even make sense?! The times that I return the bottles I get dirty looks, and the workers rolling their eyes and sucking their teeth because I have so many. I maintain my pleasant demeanor but sometimes don’t get that in return. I can’t say it’s the entire staff but the one that I’ve encountered that have bad attitudes make it hard to continue patronize this business. The experience is what made me drive from Howard county to one of the locations. But now that the morale has gone down so much, I don’t go out of my way to drive up 25-35 min or more, I just look for other places to find my juices instead. It’s disappointing that I recommend so many people to this place and this is how things are going. I do hope that the experience portion comes alive again.

Unfortunately I had really bad experience with the protein bowl I had. I have really bad stomach pain and bloating after. It came up after an hour. Whatever was in the ingredients was not fresh or good for consumption.

I actually long to try one oh these bowls so delicious smoothie king ain’t got nothing in this place. It was so good I actually want another as I’m writing this review. The store was clean and it’s a good location. At first the customer service was questionable, but after smiling all day and working I can understand. The male cashier was very polite and knowledgeable, he recommended the Traditional which was a winner. I also purchased the beet juice drink. Can’t wait to go back. I’d recommend you encourage employees to smile more just saying.

I’ve been coming here for some time.. Their açaí bowls are so tasty!!! But here lately the staff is non welcoming and preoccupied. This morning they were conversing when I came in to pick up my online order that wasn’t ready at the projected time.. The young lady asked me to give her 2 minutes.. She gave me a bowl minus 1 of my add ons, no spoon bag or napkins! I bagged it myself.. I felt so disrespected.. Do better

Ordered a shake. Came back 5 minutes later and still not done. Left back out and came back another 5 minutes later. Finally I left and went to the grocery store and came back 25 minutes. STILL not done. Apparently the POS system did not register the orders. I’m not sure how that was possible when the people before all got their orders as soon as they were put in. Also, the shake didn’t taste good.Two stars because they were nice, apologetic and gave me several 10% off coupons for the inconvenience.

Came here to get an açaí bowl even though they sell fresh made juices. The parking can be tough so the right timing is everything! Upon entering, you could smelled the cleanliness, meaning it smelled of fresh bleach, but not the overpowering type, just enough for you to know they take their store's cleaning seriously.The staff were pleasant and we ordered our bowls. The store is small downstairs, but has an upstairs area to sit and eat so that's a good thing!The bowls were fresh and good. The berries were plump and fresh, the granola providing the perfect crunch with the cold creaminess of the açaí on the bottom. If you're a texture person, this would be a great treat for you!All in all, one of the best places in Bmore for a nice smoothie bowl.

What a great location. The two young ladies working this past weekend on 8-20-23 Were awesome. The location was clean and the customer service was above and beyond. Everything was fresh and made to perfection. The outside seating area was a plus at this location. A grass area for children to play. And a large selection of tables and chairs to enjoy a beautiful summer day. I highly recommend the pure Raw Juice brand and this awesome location. Whenever we are in the city checking on our rental properties this will be our go to place for fresh juice smoothies & açaí bowls.

I am not typically a fan of healthy spots but Pure Raw Juice has an amazing selection of smoothie bowls! These bowls are HUGE and topped with granola, fresh fruits, and hemp seeds. They are so filling and I had no idea fruit could actually keep me full. I visited Pure Raw Juice after my morning with Plant Powered Athlete Baltimore. The inside of the store is spacious enough for a good amount of people to gather and order without feeling claustrophobic. It is annoying that Pure Raw puts honey and bee pollen in so many of their menu items. Fortunately their cashew mylk which contains honey can be replaced with coconut water. That made ordering the Health Nut bowl vegan easy with a simple substitution of the cashew mylk.The employees were really nice and it was so easy to order and make sure they understood I want a vegan smoothie bowl. They worked very efficiently and there was hardly a wait for my bowl to come out.I was shocked by the portion size of my 24oz bowl!! It is a lot for one person to eat and I ended up sharing this bowl with my husband. The bowl has so much smoothie, a generous portion of fruit, and granola and hemp seeds to keep you full for awhile!The bowl was only $12 and for the portion size and quality I would definitely order it again.
