The employees at the locust point location really need to work on their customer service. I go in there quite frequently because I live close and most of the time they seem miserable. The smoothies/bowls are good, but it can definitely be an awkward experience ordering from them. I never have this issue at the other Pure Raw locations.

I’ve heard about this place through friends, and decided I would try it out for myself since it’s a healthier option for lunch. During my lunch break, I placed a pickup order, when I got there, my order was not ready & had not even been started yet. I waited an extra 15 minutes just for my bowl. The presentation is horrible, as if the employees just threw everything in a cup and served it just like that. When I finally got back to work to eat it, there were huge chunks of frozen acai in the base. I called the store twice before I got an answer and was met with the worst customer service of my life. I was told “ I made the bowl so I would know if there were chunks”, and that they would not be able to give me a refund but I could come back and they would make me a fresh one. I explained I would not be able to come because I am working, and the lady on the phone said there were no other options. If I could I would give this whole experience 0 stars & would totally recommend Playa Bowls over this place!

I drove 45 minuted to.thid location. It's 2:30pm on Saturday and they are closed. No sign indicating why and they are SUPPOSED to be open until 3. SMH

Overall out of my 5 or 6 visits, the food has been above-expected quality every time. Staff are very speedy, respectful, and courteous. Dine in area is always very clean even during a rush. A great spot to stop by and check out whether you live in the area or just visiting.

I had a small matcha mango bowl with extra protein and a beet me up smoothie. Great taste and ambiance! It’s always the snappiest service in downtown Baltimore ? some people have no chill but it adds to the experience ?

I love having a health food option with yummy treats but it is super inconsistent. Last 3 times I have gotten traditional açaí bowl there were huge chunks of frozen açaí in it. Total disappointment. And whoever the girl is that is loud, she is always cussing and on her phone and sitting down. Makes for a poor experience as a customer. Lacking customer service at this location for sure. Wanted to get a juice but they all expired that day. Parking is a nightmare.

Compared to other locations I have been to, this is by far the worst...the only reason I have gone back is because it is near one of my stores.No customer service at all- no greeting when entering, they don't even say what can I get you? or anything at all!! I had to start the narrative by ordering, she put it in the computer and then just stood there, not even telling me the told $, I explained I had an account to use and she responded "number" she didn't look me in the eye at one second during the whole transaction. This is the 3rd time I've been here and it's truly awful. I don't know how this location is still operating.They also each time have boxes all over the place, and are low even on spoons and straws. It never looks inviting like other locations.After I make the order here, they put my order on the counter(without saying it's ready or anything) and the employees go into the back and disappear, it's so strange.This time even, the acai wasn't good and slushy like usual. It was almost creamy(not the typical consistency) and had ice hard chunks in it, which I've never had before.I have never had leftovers from an acai bowl but I did this time.Will not be going back to this location.Also PRJ is sooo expensive in general!

The store manager Harrison makes the atmosphere welcoming and always has the best energy. I will continue to shop here because of that and encourages others to do the same.

The acai bowls are great but regretted choosing this location after I dealt with the boorish attitude of the girl at the register.
