Pure Raw Juice - Locust Point

If there is one thing Pure Raw Juice has mastered its consistency, their smoothies and bowls are consistently good and their service is consistently horrible. I have been coming here for a few years due to connivence of location and every time know what I am going to get in terms of experience 1) ignored by staff for a minimum of 7 minutes. 2) told by staff that my order is not ready yet as it just came though (it came through 20 minutes ago they just don’t pay attention), a suggestion for improvement would be to take your AirPods out and perhaps you could hear the orders as well as customers come in.

The only thing I’m gonna say is, I find it extremely weird that every time I go into this place, when the workers take my order, they do not look into my eyes and when they hand me my order it always seems very passive aggressive. It makes me feel very uncomfortable and unfortunately, I will not be returning here anymore Despite coming here for over two years. I have been giving them chance after chance and they still do this.

McKenna was amazing and kind and helpful and generous and sweet and cute and I want her to be my best friend! The juice was mid but the bowls are good!

Customer service from “Lex” was not up to par… didn’t greet me when I came in and went back and forth about my preference. Luckily another associate stepped in and assisted gracefully.

Amazinggggg. Love this place. I often get a protein smoothie after going to yoga and it really hits the spot. Big fan of how clean every location always is. Most of them are empty when I go in but I think it might be because it’s a good pick up spot.

Açaí bold and others are melted down and watery. Have yet to fix . Once in awhile get right moly to make it thick

Good smoothies but most rude unprofessional staff imaginable, now I’m two occasions. I walked in and they’re all sitting on their phones totally ignoring me for a solid 30-40 seconds before the woman at the iPad looked up like I was bothering her. I ordered my smoothie as everyone continued to sit on their phones having inappropriate conversations in front of a customer filled with cuss words. The only pleasant person there was the gentleman in the back who made my smoothie
