I love having a health food option with yummy treats but it is super inconsistent. Last 3 times I have gotten traditional açaí bowl there were huge chunks of frozen açaí in it. Total disappointment. And whoever the girl is that is loud, she is always cussing and on her phone and sitting down. Makes for a poor experience as a customer. Lacking customer service at this location for sure. Wanted to get a juice but they all expired that day. Parking is a nightmare.

Compared to other locations I have been to, this is by far the worst...the only reason I have gone back is because it is near one of my stores.No customer service at all- no greeting when entering, they don't even say what can I get you? or anything at all!! I had to start the narrative by ordering, she put it in the computer and then just stood there, not even telling me the told $, I explained I had an account to use and she responded "number" she didn't look me in the eye at one second during the whole transaction. This is the 3rd time I've been here and it's truly awful. I don't know how this location is still operating.They also each time have boxes all over the place, and are low even on spoons and straws. It never looks inviting like other locations.After I make the order here, they put my order on the counter(without saying it's ready or anything) and the employees go into the back and disappear, it's so strange.This time even, the acai wasn't good and slushy like usual. It was almost creamy(not the typical consistency) and had ice hard chunks in it, which I've never had before.I have never had leftovers from an acai bowl but I did this time.Will not be going back to this location.Also PRJ is sooo expensive in general!

Who knew the smoothies were so great here??? Strangely enough, before this past Sunday, I'd only been at this Pure Raw Juice to do yoga in their upstairs loft area. I've also been sitting on a $50 gift card to Pure Raw Juice since last May and I'm ashamed I've not been in to spend it. But I've finally regained my sanity and got a smoothie using my gift card (ALL WIN). I got the Beet Me Up and it was sooooo dang good. It was like a beet flavored Jolly Rancher but had some pineapple (and possibly) strawberry chunks floating around. I enjoyed every second of it. It was so filling at 20oz and I can't wait to spend the rest of my gift card in there. I'll likely sign up for whatever customer card they have and will go regularly now. I was a slave to Smoothie King, but that's over now. I like the vibe in Pure Raw Juice - the environment is a good as the smoothies!

Delicious and healthy! Consistent quality ingredients. Just make sure to mention if you're a rewards member before you pay otherwise you loose out on the points you'll earn.
Wish the customer service was as nice as the building and location. Towson-York Rd location has much better customer service and actually act like they care about their job care and about their customers. Next time I'm in the area I'm going to support one of the mom and pop juice bars for sure.

I checked out this spot after I left CorePower Yoga around the corner. It was the perfect Post workout meal. When I walked in the decor was the first thing I noticed. The location is so cute & had lots of seating upstairs in case you wanted to enjoy your food or telework. I ordered the Electric Pink smoothie bowl and added vanilla protein for $1. The bowl was about $16. It was so worth it. It was very satisfying. All the flavors combined were splendid. Glad I left the bee pollen as one of the toppings. It added a nice crunch with a hint of honey. I will def be back to try more. They also had pressed juices, Smoothies, and rolled oats.

I think I’ve tried almost everything they have, and have never been disappointed. Their quality is consistently impeccable. They even went back to using glass for their juices since the pandemic died down. When most businesses switch from glass to plastic, it’s a one-way street. To my pleasant surprise they were able to make a u-turn :)
